There’s a decent SpaceX documentary on Netflix, popcorn time and cafe movie- to name a few, that covers why SpaceX is doing what they are doing, how
close they came to losing everything and haulting the rocket programs.
It’s a good intro for anyone new or perhaps unfamiliar with the tribulations of SpaceX.
I recommend it.
On topic today’s launch was another step towards creating a solid foundation for space travel.
In the documentary it states that if we want to be able to afford space travel, reusing rockets is fundamental in that advancement.
If 1 rocket can be reused 1000 times, it cuts the costs associated with getting to space, down to $60,000.
Pretty interesting info.
