So, as I predicted the us is now moving towards military action against Venezuela with Columbia and Brazil to join in. A history of economic espionage, attempted coups and assassination, and ngo’s fomenting insurgencies was not enough to get their goals accomplished. I’m sure this will further destabilize their nation and economy. See how bad socialism is? Cause US boots on the ground is bad for ya health.

Yeah, we love us some democracy.

Yeah...America'll show those Venezuelans what happens when you dump the IMF and world bank and use your own currency based on your oil reserves...can't have that now.

Has any government or military representative stated we are moving towards military action or is it just an opinion for your source?

I'm guessing no just because it is a socialist utopia and needs to be left alone. Send ol bug eyes there to help them deal with our Great President.

How did the US force venezuela to rely solely on it's oil for income, and then subsequently crash the oil market in order to ruin them?

I'm sure the average Venzuelan would welcome boots on the ground, from any other country. They'd bring food.

Great record keeping!

I still remember the news from before ISIS was considered a terrorist organization.
Before they announced their own currency, and suddenly started being radical and killing people on TV.

Nobody crosses the banks and gets away with it.

What military action?

from what i'm seeing any conflict will likely just be between Brazil and Venezuela, both run by socialist parties so it'll be more like infighting between socialists. the US has nothing to do with this situation this time.

a reply to: namehere Brazil is far from socialist under bolsonaro, and Columbia is not socialist either. Did you guys even look at the article? The us is creating a coalition of the willing, ie a proxy war, and I assure you us training, intel and weapons will be involved. And I recall when the us made agreements with Saudi to flood the market with cheap oil in an attack on Venezuela, Russia, and Iran’s economies even if you don’t.

If you pay attention and follow history you can see the signs and reliably predict future activities. By doing this we all knew the us was going after Syria, lybia, Iraq, Iran, afghanistan etc long before they did, and I hope you had some inkling too. I’ve been stating since bolsonaro was running too, that there would be a us instigated invasion of Venezuela to include Columbia and Brazil. This is no surprise.

I hope Venezuela accepts its socialist failures and reforms before it comes to military action, but one way or another, those people need to be liberated.

I predict your prediction will not come to pass. The US won't initiate military action against the dysfunctional Venezuela. What's the point? The country is doing a good job of killing its own citizenry, or forcing them to leave the country.

Us policy is doing a good job of killing Venezuelan people and making them leave. And the goal is the same as it’s always been. We want their oil profits. Pretty much the same reason for 90% of the wars we wave.

I don't think America wants another Vietnam on its southern border . But I can see Mexico getting offered a deal it cant refuse. Like Joining the States as their constitution is similar. South is where the resources are.
