Yellow vests: France to crack down on unsanctioned protests

His government wants to draft new legislation that will ban troublemakers from protests and clamp down on the wearing of masks at demonstrations. He said 80,000 members of the security forces would be deployed for the next expected wave of protests.

President Macron made some economic concessions in December in a bid to appease the protesters but he struck a defiant tone in his new year address, saying the government would push on with its reform programme, and would "make no allowances in guaranteeing public order".

The Mainstream News Media outlets such as the BBC and others are rather comical whenever they bring up the so called economic concessions that the Macron's gov had proposed in order appease the protesters. The MSM talking robot heads seem to have either forgetting or didn't bother on reporting that the majority of the protesters completely rejected the proposals.

Protest Number Lie
If these such protests were happening in Syria, Iran or even Moscow, MSM outlets would be claiming that the protesters would be in the millions. I believe the protests in France are lot larger then just 50,000.

The France government is just further adding fuel to the fire by pushing the crackdowns.

If they actually do stop the legal protests, then the next thing that will happen will be non legal protest. Which will be more damaging than the legal ones. Super glue squirted into cash machines, loos blocked up with plaster , roads littered with puncture causing nails.the list goes on. That's the reason legal protests are allowed. History teaches that the will of the people will always prevail, even if it causes a total breakdown first.

So to protest the government people inconvenience their fellow citizens. It's like ghetto protests. Who gets hurt? The Korean shopkeeper. What gets burned? People's own neighborhoods. It's like these people hitting themselves in the face and proclaiming they won't stop until they bleed. The problem is these people who want to "stop tyranny!" wind up being tyrants themselves, and if they DO manage to get into power, are far worse than those they replace. I have no confidence in protestors trying to outdo each other in their thuggery.

Its not rocket science to ask "why has it come to this state of affairs?" Those in power might have abused their privileged position, over the years they become insulated and literally have a welfare mentality, then the SHTF , and wonder why. Things were better in the fifties, women could stay at home and bring the kids up, and one wage paid the mortgage. You could afford a night out now and then. Their were not so many rich people around then, and if you wanted some thing you saved up and paid cash. This problem wont go away until common sense prevails. Its a numbers game, but I agree its the innocent that will suffer first. But the blame must be placed where it belongs on the gross mismanagement from those in charge.
