Any idea what these are, and how they're created? Natural or man-made?

Picture taken in Norway (Lofoten) at a height of 240m.





Some of the guesses include breathing holes made by animals, or methane outgassing from the sea floor.

It may be that is the way the ice is melting for some reason. I think the brighter lines in the ice are thinner ice.

Or could of been the site of an ice fishing contest

Someone just posted it in a Facebook group. I suppoose it was posted by the author of the images, and they were taken from a drone or helicopter. 240 meters is fairly low altitude.
