I started with 4 oz., at least thats's what they said. Then I put 4oz more on there. Jeez-Cheez, that's a half pound...but it still didn't look like enough.

Okay, then I got "Serious"...8 more ounces! Now we've got a whole POUND of cheese on there! Is that too much???

Now, this cheese I speak of is a mix of natural cheeses, pepper jack meunster, cheddar, Oaxaca and even a bit of Asiago and some Parm.

Then I mixed some fresh pepper in the cheese, and some black pepper.

I really don't care if I even eat the chicken enchilada's tonight...I just want the CHEESE!!

Can you ever really have too much cheese???

(Note - Cheese is like "Bacon"...can you ever really have "Too Much?")

Yes, my wife thinks I"m crazy, and I am, but I like food...and melty cheese is up near the top of anything I can even imagine!!!!

So, I ask you fine ATS folk...can you ever have too much cheese??????????????

If it fills your entire house and you drowned in the cheese then that is too much.
But what a way to go

I guess the question you really need to ask is...

Do I ever want to poop again?

There is literally no such thing as "too much cheese" either in or on chicken enchiladas!
It is blasphemous to even entertain such a thought!

I don't know if I'm supposed to blame you or your habits. Cheese apparently stimulates the same area of the brain as opiates.... just be sure your # isn't cut with fentanyl and I'm sure you will be fine.

The fake cheeses, like commercial enzyme made mild chedders and mozzarella cheeses do not have nearly as much psychotropic effects as those made with full microbes. But they still have some. If you add tomatoes with cheese the tomato knocks out the intestines ability to break down Monoamines so you stay high longer with the tyramines. Keep the buzz rolling, pineapple also has MAOI activity. Cocao is a very powerful monoamine, but then again most people have experienced the high from chocolate, but do not realize it is actually a drug induced high.

When the wife says..."You have cheese in your beard...isn't that enough cheese?"

Answer -

"No, I also have corn in my beard from last week...the cheese only makes it more tasty!!!"

Eeewww, I know, but I'm not trolling for dates here on ATS either!! Y'all can stick your tongues out at me and I don't flippin' care!!

It's just chicken enchiladas, for heaven's sakes...with a bit of cheese on them!!

Flame away!!!!

Sounds like you will be the one flaming away the next time you have a bowel movement... in a week... LOL

Edited to add... I poke fun at you sometimes because I think you are man enough to not take personal offense at it.

If I ate a pound of cheese in one sitting I would have to go to the hospital in a week or two.

Your meal sounded great!

Hottest fresh peppers...no problem. (Even habaneros)

Hottest hot sauce...no problem. (Even ghost sauce or "additives")

Dried peppers, like Cayenne's...LOOK OUT!!! OUCH!!!
