Mexico will pay for it, in monies saved by not having them sent to Mexico. That was the idea all along. You really thought the Mexican government was going to cut us a check? Really?

I would ask for a refund there mate, as just the engineering aspects alone should illuminate the shortcomings of nonsensical walls presenting an issue for any determined person.

Nah, I'm quite happy with my ability to realize that sometimes the most effective solution is the simplest one.

I dont know but it will go before the supreme court if he tries and then we will know.
Since the number of illegals is down significantly from other years and no need was found during times when there were higher numbers I doubt the supreme court would side with there being an actual emergency at this time.

And it will sure look like abuse of power for political gains.

Deaths/Sickness/Injuries from Drugs and Criminals coming across the southern border are at an all-time high.

DHS Secretary Nielsen showed the statistics to Congress last week.

SCOTUS would uphold the Administration's decision.

Could also lead to Spygate declassifications under the same National Emergency umbrella, depending on how broadly the emergency is defined by the Administration. Hopefully it's defined "loosely", like Mueller's witch-hunt was.

I had also thought that Conservative SC judges historically really disliked government land grabs as well, so in my mind it seemed unlikely they'd want to open that can of worms and do a 180 on their previous established position.

If Trump wants a wall let him pay for it personally, or better yet force him to come through on his promise that Mexico will foot the bill, leave the poor people and taxpayers the hell alone.

FoxNews White House correspondent John Roberts just said the President will make a Prime Time announcement tomorrow (Tuesday) night.

The White House is Working with TV networks now to make it happen. Related to Border Security. Will be a big deal announcement.
