Sunday on MSNBC’s “AM Joy,” Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) the impeachment of President Donald Trump was “inevitable.”

“I am pleased that people are having the courage to say the word impeachment. I have talked about it for a long time. I think it is inevitable. Everything that I have seen about this president whether it was what I have seen with collusion or obstruction of justice or with his lies or with so many things that he has done and certain things he qualifies for impeachment. If it takes him longer and if they are waiting on Mueller to give them permission, okay, that’s fine. The fact the matter is this president should be impeached.”

On the face of it, i actually think it is a good idea. But only if it applies to all elected representatives. That way, no one has skeletons in the closet if they want to represent the people and better yet, no time is wasted on pointless arguments - they can instead spend time debating policy and direction (like they are supposed to).

MAXINE WATERS is using the U.S. House Finance Committee as her own personal witch-hunting resource, in an attempt to hurt President Trump and/or his family. Using important Congressional committees used to settle personal grudges like this, should be Illegal!

Deutsche Bank has begun to cooperate with the House Financial Services Committee’s investigation into President Trump and has turned over records related to its dealings with him, according to Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., the committee chair.

Waters, who is leading a wide-ranging investigation into Trump’s business dealings, told reporters Tuesday that the bank -- which loaned Trump billions when nearly every major bank refused to do business with him after a string of bankruptcies -- is handing over documents related to its relationship with Trump, according to The Hill.

Waters added that she is satisfied with the level of the company’s cooperation and said her committee will look into “everything” in the bank’s records on Trump.

The bank previously rejected similar document requests from Waters in 2017 and 2018 when she was in the minority on the panel but has apparently had a change of heart now that Democrats control the House.

MAXINE WATERS immediately came to my mind. She is Chair of the HOUSE FINANCE COMMITTEE, and didn't know that banks are no longer making student loans, even though she is partly responsible for transferring that responsibility from banks to the Federal Government, back in 2009!

I don't think she'd understand the COVER LETTER on a Trump, Inc. tax return.

President Donald Trump is suing Deutsche Bank and Capital One in an attempt to block congressional subpoenas for his business records.

The lawsuit by Trump, his sons Donald Jr. and Eric and his daughter Ivanka, was filed Monday in federal court in Manhattan. The Trump Organization and the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust are among the other plaintiffs.

Two House committees subpoenaed Deutsche Bank and several other financial institutions earlier this month as part of investigations into Trump’s finances.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff said at the time that the subpoenas were part of an investigation “into allegations of potential foreign influence on the U.S. political process.”

The Trumps want a federal judge to declare the subpoenas unlawful and enforceable. The lawsuit also seeks to block the financial institutions from disclosing information and complying with the subpoenas.

The banks did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
