Do you have any evidence that the article is false in any way?
Yes. The Sura facility does not emit microwaves and it does not emit electrons.

It transmits at frequencies between 4.5 and 9.3 MHZ. That is not microwaves. That is not electrons.

Nor is it particularly powerful. It has three transmitter of 250 kW each for a maximum total of 0.75mW. The HAARP array has (had?) a capability 3.6mW. HAARP is powered by 4 diesel generators. I don't think a "small city" can be powered by four diesel generators.

So are you saying the experiment falsified its claims or the many newspapers that have written about the expiriment are all false?
There are dozens of articles that discuss this experiment and its military applications.
Are you refuting that this technology has military applications?
Are you saying the use of the word microwaves is false and should have been radio waves?

Reguardless you are claiming something here has been falsified.
There is their scientific data do you think their data is somehow false or incorrect? If so where is your evidence to support any such claim?

They were able to heat it up by about 100 degrees Celsius (212 degrees Fahrenheit) while also causing a massive electric spike.

This project, experts claim, has potential military applications as it can disrupt satellite communication, a distinct advantage in the event of war or espionage.
Charged particles, known as ions, create a reflective layer over a specific region of land and cause a satellite communications blackout.

China, Russia reveal secret test to ‘heat’ atmosphere and jam signals such as GPS
Reportedly, a 500km-high portion of the ionosphere was ‘heated’ five times in June. One test, on June 7, caused some 126,000 sqkm of the sky — roughly equivalent to half the size of Britain — to flare with energy.

news.yahoo.com...
This summer, a layer of the atmosphere over Europe half the size of Britain experienced an electric spike, as a secretive Russian facility pumped radio waves high into the sky.
On June 12, Russians, working with China, heated the ionosphere over the town of Vasilsursk in eastern Europe by 100 degrees.

so does the Phage have a theory on what the giant radio antenna array in Russia is for?

"the?"

Of what giant radio antenna array does that article speak? And what does that array have to do with a ULF (VLF?) transmitter?

this one
www.newsweek.com...

China has completed the construction of an experimental radio antenna that is five times the size of New York City. The antenna, which was built in a secret location, emits low-frequency waves that can be used to communicate with submarines, which would allow the navy to move around at greater depths without needing to resurface.

According to a report in the South China Morning Post, the Wireless Electromagnetic Method (WEM) project involves extremely low frequency—or ELF—waves, a technology the Chinese navy has been heavily investing in. The project took 13 years to complete, with the antenna located in a facility spanning 1,400 square miles. The exact location is not known, but it is thought to be somewhere in central China.

sorry, actual array is in China, the OP project is joint wi Russia.

can one really do those things from a fixed location?
The receivers need not be in fixed locations.

ah, I see. the unit transmits and mobile teams can receive and interpret the signals to 'alert for earthquakes' and 'detect minerals'.

I wonder if Chinese movies have a Godzilla-type monster as USA (King Kong), Britain (Gorgo), Korea (Yonkgary) etc? this stuff would be a great plot point; super secret elf array wakes sleeping dragon monster.

sorry, actual array is in China,

Where does it say that China installation is an array? Not much reason for a VLF transmitter to be an array.
Quite a different thing from an ionospheric heater.

edit on 1/1/2019 by Phage because: (no reason given)

I figure a huge thing of wires and towers used to transmit a radio signal would be an array.
one unit is an antenna. many units is an array.
many disorganized units is a disarray. as is this site sometimes.

Since they are building another array in the south China sea i wonder what effect on local weather will be. This year Japan hasnt had much snow and I wonder if its due to atmospheric heating.
