Review...."Aquaman"

This could have been so good but despite the incredible CGI background it was just a cheezy way to spend 2 hrs.
Poor script, bad direction, and the same type of action sequences played over and over. Characters that were just filling up space.
Visually stunning but DC needs to up its game to even get close to Marvel productions.

I loved it was amazing felt like a old fashioned adventure movie. Didn’t take itself too seriously had a utterly stupid story and at times cringeworthy dialogue but it the best way possible.

I can’t wait to see it again.

Interesting how I seem to have loved it for the very same reasons you didn’t like it so much

I liked it, you didn’t (assuming you have seen the movie)

Just a difference in opinion nothing to do with anyone ruining anything.

I think I'll wait to find it in the secondhand DVD market...

Bad movies are made because the entire world is desperate for entertainment. Streaming has changed everything with new content always in demand. And digital makes everyone a film maker if they have a story to tell.

I feel blessed to be a part of this industry.

I saw it last night, a bit over the top. Very predictable, a 14 year old would love it. Adults not so much. DC has a long way to go to catch up with Marvel.

As to the OP, I'm gonna wait til it hits DVD I think. I just haven't been able to get into the DC movies like I have the Marvel ones. DC just hasn't hit that mix of humor and seriousness and the actors they've gotten are hit and miss with me.

I cant say I was all that excited about seeing "wet thor" in the first place.
Especially with DC's track record.

Batman vs superman sucked
Justice league sucked
Wonder woman was decent but didn't leave me wanting a sequel

Two more years till Brandon Sandersons 'Cosmere' movies and tv show are released. Very original and awesome stories.
