This juncture isnt about them being able to vote, its the power shifts their presence may exhibit in the Electoral College / a states number of seats in the House of Representatives. How radicals in the largest state can set it down the path of becoming a "Failed State" all so it can exploit a power shifting loophole in the US Constitution.

This is why the liberals want to do away with the Electoral College. Since we have 50 EQUAL states each gets 2 votes, then the rest of the (limited) votes are passed out as per population. IF they can do away with the equality of each states then states that have a small population would go from 3 to 1 vote, or just straight up popular vote. If the Electoral was just based on popular vote of 1 vote per XXXX people living in the state we could see CA with 300 votes and another state with 10... Add in the illegal alien vote and it is even better...lol

How did the US states unite without people crossing onto territory not their own?

Imagine how silly it would be if one belligerent state (who had only existed for a short time themselves as a sovereign state) declared everyone who crossed its borders to have broken some freshly invented law?

You stand there on one side of the border and you are legal. You move a few inches and you are 'illegal'. Right?

Imagine if a citizen could buy a parcel of land with the borders clearly marked and own that land. Imagine if someone the land owner didn't like was told to stay off that land but crossed the border anyway. That is called criminal trespassing - and its criminal, as in illegal.

Planet Earth CANNOT POSSIBLY endure a doubling of CO2 over the next 50-100 years.

But the United States MUST embrace a doubling of the "asylum seekers" RIGHT NOW!

Ya go figure...

Lets take India or China, I'm sure there is a billion between those two countries with skill sets to replace every American at their job, most likely do the job better for 10% of the pay and be glad to work 12 to 16 hours per day. Win win for all.

Nope. Time to end voting, taxes and the entire system, if we allow foreign nations in.

Actual refugees can follow a process and become citizens with IDs as well as be exempt from all tax payer services and voting for 10 years.

I've been paying into this scam since I was a kid.

Show me in any of those documents where it is a right to enter the US illegally.

You got that backwards, something is only illegal if there is a law against it, it is not illegal if there is no mention or actual law.

You show me something in those foundational documents where it says that entering US breaks the law.

Also, at the time when the Declaration of Independence was written, most of Texas and parts of California were Mexico. Alaska was Russian, Oregon was predominantly British (and a little bit French), most of the Caribbean and Florida were Spanish, Hawaii was its own sovereign Kingdom.

Then you US guys, after unifying, went and split the US again, with the Southern states seceding and going to war against the Northern.

It looks like Americans have a history of not honoring even their own sovereignty, or trusting their own government, or participating peaceably in their own jurisprudence or democratic processes.

Legal? Come down off the soap box and be human.
