This may not be as bad as the last time but nonetheless it still is bad enough. 11 died and that is enough for me. I got to say it. Either those
Chechnyan rebels are really good at shooting down the Russian aircraft that fly over their territory or the Russians have no means of saftey
procedures. I know that they have old equipment and old aircraft, but is that enough of a reason for their lack of successful flight runs??? The last
crash that happened killed over 100 people. Yet prior to that crash there must have been over 10 crashes in that area in the past two years, maybe
even more. So what is their problem???
