If you were able to be 18 for one week what would you do?

I was at a holiday family gathering and it really got to me thinking about how fleeting time is.
The older you get the faster time seems to go too.

If you were granted just one week of being 18 what would you do in that week?

Some of the things I would do are kinda silly, like ride on a roller coaster (haven't been able to do that in years without getting sick), I would spend the entire week in a bikini, I would eat tons of junk food, ....


Would we make it out alive if we were able to do it again?

I would try to get into a bar, with a fake I.D.

I'd skip on being 18 again for only one week. If I could start over at 18 and know what little I know now, that would be something to think about. Time goes by so much faster than folks realize. I work and live every second of my spare time learning or practicing something knowing I can never learn it all in ten life times.

Quickly go donate bone marrow, blood, and tissue before I turn back into a pumpkin.

Then use that material to spruce up my regular self with some regenerative medicine and store a bunch for when the technology is more advanced.

I was 18 for an entire year!

I'd probably just drive my "new" car (84 Cutlass Sierra in the 90s oh yea) and chase skirts again.

Honestly I'll take 30 over 20 any day. Not sure if I'll take 40 over 20 but I'll cross that bridge if I get to it.

If I could be 18 for a week, I would investigate what made it possible in the first place.

I would spend the week devising a strategy, with my young quick thinking brain, and

find the answer, so I could enjoy more week long vacations as an underaged idiot

chasing tale and raising hell.

I would run. I ran cross county in high school and I miss it. Sometimes I felt like I could just keep running all day.

Jesus, that would be lame. I guess I'd find some dude who could get me into a club since I'd be underage? I'd much rather be me.

Gee, I grew up in the seventies, going to outside parties, dancing in the bar with girls, sometimes even a little dirty dancing with some who liked to dirty dance.

Nope, don't want to be eighteen again, it would be so boring these days, you can't even touch a girl without worrying about getting bashed on Facebook. When I was eighteen the drinking age was eighteen, An owner of a bar I went into all the time asked me how old I was before he gave me a free drink. Boy, good thing I knew him well when I told him I just turned eighteen. I didn't get a free drink though.

No fun anymore in contrast to the seventies, I don't want to tarnish my memories.
