I thought Mexico was going to pay for the wall?

Democrats are acting like little babies.

Why not fund something that protects the country?

Build a toxic moat in front of the wall as well.

Money is not a problem.

How anyone supports Democrats who are American citizens is beyond me.

If you are newly arrived. Hate the American way of life.

Then yes of course

The major groups of Democrats are BLM. LGBTQ, antifa, illegals aliens, muslims, and hollyweird.

And they are winning?

They aren't winning. Their loud shrieking weird mouths and their complicit traitorous MSM dogs have just been making it seem that way. Propaganda and manipulation are powerful tools.

Sad part is, our President already has unilateral authority to quash their subversive seditious conspiracy yet has chosen not to act. All he has to do is declare them unlawful enemy combatants, and they are out of this country living out the rest of their lives in a black site prison where enemies of America learn about this Republic's resolve.

LOL.

And we have threads here stating that the Nazi's were "not right wing". You're sad that people you don't like, such as political dissidents, gay people, and people of a different religion than you can't be forced into literal black sites, which are concentration camps.

I FOUND A LIVE NAZI HERE FOLKS

It also had 5 stars, which I suppose there's another 5 of them. Your mood is even "Mood: Team Trump", thanks for really making this clear. And the irony between your signature "SOCIALISM is a crime", and the thread "Hitler and the Nazis were not Right-wing" which claims they were socialist. You guys just pwned eachother.

You really need a bit more introspection before just tossing out words you don't understand. You found a real live Nazi? Is his name Ignatious? That's where the term "Nazi" comes from...

I'm sure you meant the Nazi Party in pre-WWII Germany, though, to be fair... you know, the "National Socialist German Workers Party" that gave rise to and supported Adolph Hitler. Not really socialist, though, you say? Hitler disagrees with you:

When asked whether he supported the "bourgeois right-wing", Hitler claimed that Nazism was not exclusively for any class and he indicated that it favoured neither the left nor the right, but preserved "pure" elements from both "camps" by stating: "From the camp of bourgeois tradition, it takes national resolve, and from the materialism of the Marxist dogma, living, creative Socialism".

Hitler was neither conservative not liberal, as we define those terms today. If one bothers to look at the 25-point program of the Nazi Party (aka the NSDAP), one can find liberal and conservative policies that mirror policies today. However, he was decidedly socialist, as those policies all speak of placing the good of the German people ahead of all else, including law and individual rights. They argue for nationalization of industry, industry profits to be distributed to the people, re-appropriation of land for the national good... heck, Hitler even commissioned Father Samuel Porsche to create the original Volkswagen (the "People's Auto") Beetle so everyone in Germany could have a car. They were made out of the cheapest materials available (but thanks to some awesome engineering from Father Porsche, made excellent vehicles).

Please, educate yourself on what you are saying before you say it. That post was embarrassing to me, just because of how it made you look completely ignorant.

First, I called him a Nazi because he advocated policies that were identical to the most vile policies of the Nazis. Do you dispute this?

2a. Yes.
2b. Yes.

Second,

Nazism, socialism and the falsification of history

Under Hitler, the party looked squarely to the middle classes and farmers rather than the working class for a political base. Hitler realigned it to ensure that it was an anti-socialist, anti-liberal, authoritarian, pro-business party - particularly after the failed Beerhall Putsch of 1923. The "socialism" in the name National Socialism was a strategically chosen misnomer designed to attract working class votes where possible, but they refused to take the bait. The vast majority voted for the Communist or Social Democratic parties.

(snip)

For their part, businesses welcomed the Nazis' promises to suppress the left. On 20 February 1933, Hitler and Goering met with a large group of industrialists when Hitler declared that democracy and business were incompatible and that the workers needed to be dragged away from socialism. He promised bold action to protect their businesses and property from communism. The industrialists - including leading figures from I.G. Farben, Hoesch, Krupp, Siemens, Allianz and other senior mining and manufacturing groups - then contributed more than two million Reichsmarks to the Nazi election fund, with Goering tellingly suggesting that this would probably be the last election for a hundred years. Business leadership happily jettisoned democracy to rid Germany of socialism and to smash organised labour.

(snip)

After fighting four elections between 1930 and 1933 on an anti-left and anti-Jewish platform that pledged to slay the mythical beast of "Judeo-Bolshevism," Hitler became Chancellor in 1933 and made good on his promises to business and his voters to destroy socialism in Germany. Most of 1933 was spent persecuting socialists and communists, liquidating their parties, incarcerating and in numerous cases killing their leadership and rank-and-file members.

What you are doing here is very simple, from the same article:

The war against welfare states

Needless to say, this is a perverse and pernicious misinterpretation of historical facts. The Atlantic Charter, declared by U.S. President Roosevelt and British Prime Minister Churchill in 1941, set out the principles of the post-war order, which included the "advancement of social welfare" and working "for a world free of want and fear." A year later, the British Beveridge Report on social welfare met such popular support that a reluctant cabinet felt compelled to accept it. When the war ended, the people promptly replaced Churchill's government with a Labour one to implement its recommendations.

Three years later, the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights, inspired by the Atlantic Charter, reflected the Zeitgeist in Article 25: "Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and wellbeing of himself and his family including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood." Welfare states were thus established or extended after the war. They have now been under concerted attack since the 1970s. Governments across the Western world are still deregulating, imposing austerity and attacking unions to further increase business profit margins. The emergence of leaders like Trump around the globe signals an intensification of this tendency.

Worried by the popularity among young people of politicians like Jeremy Corbyn and Bernie Sanders who oppose these tendencies, however, the corporate and media sponsors of the attacks on the welfare state now seek to discredit the social democratic platform by disparaging it as historically fascist. That is also why they attack reputable sources of news like the ABC, and why they seek at once to discredit universities as "politically correct" and to pervert their mission by inserting into them privatised think thanks espousing Hayakian ideology. So, too, they proffer the perverse thesis of fascism-as-socialism, finding ready adherents in right-wing corners of the twittersphere and in business circles.

Neither the ABC nor the author will mind me quoting large blocks of texts.

You espouse the values of capitalism under the guise of "freedom". And this is also what the thread about Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is really about.

Damn.

That is one episode of history I really, really hoped would not have to be repeated. But, it seems too many did not learn from it.

Congratulations. You found someone else ignorant enough of the history to agree with you. I'm not going to even debate this with you, as you already have your mind made up and know everything there is to know about that period of time. No need for me to even post any more links that will be ignored; I have better things to do.

Last time we had a shutdown where the military wasn't going to be paid, the banks just fronted us our paychecks anyway. They know they're gonna get their money from the government when it re-opens.
