First, I think it's safe to say that the statement about child porn could be considered false. There is no way that they could have every image ever made.

Secondly, I don't think the fetus is masterbating in the sense that an adult would it is just discovering the fact that there happens to be a strange sensation there so it is in a way just investigating.

This sounds like something that I would get as an email from my "just discovered the internet" father in law. It would be sent along with the horrific story of the Bonsai kittens.
