Posts like these brighten up my day.

I can post thread after thread shwowing corruption by the intel community with no responses or defense of this wrong doing by anyone critical of Trump.

But you certainly can make time to post garbage like this intended to make yourself feel smarter than Trump supporters and make insults toward them.

Thanks for the laugh!

You prove the OP's thesis every day.

Lets for a moment look at the source of the STUDY

LoL

Sometimes criticized as an Ivy League echo chamber, Yale is home to three times as many politically liberal faculty members as conservatives and centrists, according to a recent News survey. Nearly 75 percent of faculty respondents described themselves as “liberal” or “very liberal,” with only 7 percent reporting conservative leanings. Just 2 percent of respondents said they are “very conservative.” And nearly the entire faculty expressed opposition to the administration of President Donald Trump.

Yale faculty skews liberal, survey shows

Talk about blindly following OP

I would call that "balancing the voices". Isn't that what Faux News is all about? Balancing?

Oh really?

So I blindly follow Trump?

I suppose then if I can provide threads of me criticizing him you will eat your words?

I will say your first response to the OP was kinda Trump loving but I have read many threads and posts of your being critical of the man.
So I am going to assume skeptical has not kept up with ya.

The "(scientifically proven)" part made me laugh. People were weeping when Obama was elected like a cult.

So based on the article we can put any leaders following and get the same conclusion but unfortunately the entire article is to make Trump supporters look like a mindless cult.

I never got my Obama phone so I didn't drink the kool aid.

LOL.

1) orange man bad

Yes, this is demonstrably true.

2) free speech is hate speech, because words are violence.

The right seems to think that when people oppose them, they hate freedom of speech. Also freedom of speech doesn't apply to private property, because business owners and home owners are within their rights to remove people who say things they don't like. And indeed, if you say something racist, homophobic, or transphobic, then I am within my right to call you out for it and ask you to stop - that's freedom of speech. I am also able to protest, as that's also a form of freedom of speech.

3) boys are girls and girls are boys.

lol, more like:

The left: Assigning a gender at birth to babies, whilst it may work for the majority of individuals, unfortunately does not work for all individuals and can result in severe negative consequences because it enforce a gender role that is fundamentally incompatible with some people. We should therefore allow and respect people for who they are, and not force them to be something they aren't. Transition is scientifically proven to be the best option for many transgender people (after they work out their thoughts with mental health professionals). Also, gender is not the same as sex (as acknowledged by sociologists).

Me: The above, but my god I love the concept of self determination.

The Right:

"Gender and Sex are the same thing" (Nope - not according to sociology).

"Transgender people are a new creation" (Nope - always existed).

"Transgender people are mentally ill" (Nope - dysphoria is the symptom of being forced to be the wrong gender, the cure is transition, read Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders).

"Gender is related to chromosomes" (Nope, the concept of gender has existed before chromosomes were discovered).

"Gender is related to sexual organs" (Society doesn't interact with sexual organs most of the time. How about you stop obsessing with sexual organs).

"We should erase transgender people" (You are trash if you do this).

"It is okay to discriminate against transgender people" (You are trash if you do this. Also, if you claim they don't exist, then they can't be protected, then they get discriminated against and kill themselves)

"It is an exercise of freedom of speech to misgender transgender people" (It is an exercise of freedom of speech for me to call you a piece of trash if you do this).

4) socialism works great in russia, china, and Venezuela. We should do that here.

Me:

Russia isn't socialist. They are fascist. Russia seems to be where the right wants america to go. Russia is disgusting.

In China, they throw sexual, ethnic, and religious minorities in concentration camps. The american left actively wants to help those who are socially disadvantaged, such as those they would throw in concentration camps in China. Not the same thing and in terms of oppression the CCP has more in common with the american right, than the left. The difference is that in China they have the government do this. In America, the right wants to control society (via institutions such as the media, church, corporations, the economic system, the education system) to systematically oppress gender minorities, religious minorities, and ethnic minorities. It just won't be the government doing it. Generally speaking, the left wants to use the government, like China, but to decrease inequality and increase social mobility (the opposite). China is disgusting.

Venezuela. I don't know much about them so I'll concede that. But yes, Venezuela is a mess.

Anyway.

The Right: Anything to the left of me is extreme socialism and the same as the Soviet Union (wrong).

The Right: The only form of oppression is government oppression (wrong).

The Right: Oppression doesn't really exist in America (wrong).

The Right: America is a meritocracy (wrong).

The Right: We should kick out and remove systems that allow for social and economic mobility and instead create a strict social and economic dominance hierarchy shaped like a pyramid, with rich, old, white men at the top. We should do this by having the facade of a "small government", but we'll also implement an incompetent government while we're at it, because a competent government can actually reverse this. We should get everyone else underneath us on this pyramid to play along and fight each-other by offering them a place in the system and making them fear those below them, rather than to fight the system itself and fight who is actually oppressing us. We can firstly start to do this by making healthcare most accessible to the rich, making education most accessible to the rich, and we should remove efforts to fight global warming because they make us, at the top of the pyramid poorer. We should make everyone fear for losing their job. Under the guise of "freedom of speech", we should preserve efforts to maintain this system of economic and social dominance, by creating and using slurs against LGBT people and ethnic people, but oops, they are mainly accepted these days, so we'll make it against Transgender people specifically. We can cast transgender people into the "other" or outside of this system completely, so that people at the bottom fear losing their position on this pyramid, whilst simultaneously thanking those above them for their position. This economic and social dominance hierarchy should get narrower over time as we become more pure as a nation and as we improve our nation, because my god, do I love my country.

The Right: We should run and structure the entire country like a business. Only you're born into it and can't move up or down.

(Me: That's fascism).

(Me: Transgender people are the new Jews).

5) guns kill people, and only rich important people deserve being protecting by them.

The left are mainly for reducing guns at all levels.

6) everybody deserves everything for free.

LOL.

See above.

7) the government should have full control over the people, because a socialist government is like a kind father.

See above.

If someone is clearly unstable, and Donald Trump is, then unfortunately the fault lies with the enablers, which would be his supporters. That's why this post I made isn't criticism at Trump directly, but rather his followers.

I'm not sure what the root cause is actually. Moral decline? Lack of leadership during childhood? I don't know. It would be interesting to hear your thoughts.

So no. Not "Orange Man Bad". More like:

"Blindly Following Bad".

Learn the definition of follow, please.

Nobody cares if the haters think Trump is unstable. They only think that because he doesn't coddle and give you guys what you want. He slaps your hand away like all common sense tax paying citizens do. That's why he's so popular among patriotic Americans and so hated by those who don't care about the shape of this country.

But we're the 5 year olds. HURRR DURR

Required reading: Devotion to Trump is based on emotional patterns most people grow out of by age five

It's interesting that republicans and conservatives are most likely to go on rants about so called moral relativism. What is moral relativism?

Meta-ethical moral relativism states that there are no objective grounds for preferring the moral values of one culture over another. Societies make their moral choices based on their unique beliefs, customs, and practices. And, in fact, people tend to believe that the “right” moral values are the values that exist in their own culture.

Well, it turns out that Trump supporters are those who are least grounded in their belief systems. Instead they will follow Daddy, I mean Trump, wherever he goes and whatever he says, regardless of whether it is right or wrong. They are yes-men and kiss-asses. For example:

Trump said that to thunderous applause of his supporters. When he was in power, he then attacked Syria to thunderous applause of his supporters.

Trump said that to thunderous applause of his supporters. When he was in power, he then removed LGBT protections and has attempted to erase Transgender people - to thunderous applause of his supporters.

Trump said that to thunderous applause of his supporters. However he takes massively more holidays than Obama.

Before his election as the 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump frequently criticized President Obama on Twitter for spending too much time away on vacation at too high a cost to American taxpayers.[8] President Trump, however, has spent most weekends at Mar-a-Lago or his golf course in New Jersey in his private club and estate, estimated at a cost of between $1 million and $3 million per trip.[9] At the current rate, Trump is set to outspend President Obama's total vacation costs for his two terms during his first year in office.[10] The high cost of Trump's vacations are due to high security costs for his "Southern White House." Mar-a-Lago is not only Trump's private estate, but also a members-only country club.

en.wikipedia.org...

He also confused the words "would" and "wouldn't". Of course, his supporters don't care, and chear him on regardless.

Anyway, this is actually scientifically proven:

Does Party Trump Ideology? Disentangling Party and Ideology in America

Are people conservative (liberal) because they are Republicans (Democrats)? Or is it the reverse: people are Republicans (Democrats) because they are conservatives (liberals)? Though much has been said about this long-standing question, it is difficult to test because the concepts are nearly impossible to disentangle in modern America. Ideology and partisanship are highly correlated, only growing more so over time. However, the election of President Trump presents a unique opportunity to disentangle party attachment from ideological commitment. Using a research design that employs actual “conservative” and “liberal” policy statements from President Trump, we find that low-knowledge respondents, strong Republicans, Trump-approving respondents, and self-described conservatives are the most likely to behave like party loyalists by accepting the Trump cue—in either a liberal or conservative direction. These results suggest that there are a large number of party loyalists in the United States, that their claims to being a self-defined conservative are suspect, and that group loyalty is the stronger motivator of opinion than are any ideological principles.

Given these people (his supporters) aren't actually grounded on anything, and that Trump cannot be president forever (he might be thrown in jail for his crimes), who are these people going to support next? Maybe a populist Democrat? The next Stalin? The next Hitler?

And a message to his supporters:

Instead of promoting criminality when Trump gets caught out (click the link to see an example of this happening on ATS) how about:

- Learning right from wrong, and standing up for it, regardless of who is President.

- Standing up for justice for all Americans.

- Standing for the truth.

- Not projecting your own weaknesses on other people.

As always,

Facts don't care about your feelings.

So sad that you are so triggered by trump that you make 2 threads on the same subject and even reference your other thread.

Did that one not get you enough participation flags and trophies?

Anywho....enjoy the next 6 years!

Oh, I thought that was what he was getting at. What I was actually after was getting the sexism to come directly from your keyboard. And. I. Got. It.

Women are equal to men. Just because I disagree with a woman doesn't mean she is on her period. Those are my morals. Cheers.

In what world are women equal to men? They have their own set of skills and men have their own set. They're not equal and haven't been since the dawn of man. The only place we're equal is in the "rights" section.
