Uh, I would guess a puma. Could be a were cat? Or some weird other thing related to a puma.

Mabey its a new species of an animal that has not been found yet and resembles a puma

I used to work at a veterinarian hospital and there was a woman that had a 30+ pound cat that was a cross between an ocelot and a domestic housecat.

It's probably something from a zoo.

There are actually a family of black panthers in Georgia in the US that escaped last year, they've been muliplying and seen in other nearby states.
