Did I post entrapment?
Interesting Comey admits the fbi treated administrations differently at his order.
So much for equal application of the law, if you can get away with it.

I just heard on the news the judge ask for Flynn passport!

He still could go to jail messing around with Trump and his lying and distortion machine.

It is interesting to see the nations top Leo throw away procedure and protocol and order others to do the same for no more than a process crime.

Did I post entrapment?

In response to my question (to another poster) :

Entrapped how, exactly?

Which laws? Laws regarding how investigations are conducted? How people are questioned?

Mueller has filed paperwork to keep his Witch Hunt going well into 2019. It's a tragedy that President Trump or Matthew Whitaker does not put a stop to this BS.
Um...if it's all BS, why do people keep being sent to jail?

Matt Whitaker will sort everything out. Believe me...or trump will drain the swamp with him as well.

He made a perfect example with Jeff and those yahoos better take notice!!

I missed all this. Wow! How did General Flynn "Sell his country out"? For such a dramatic declaration, I hope Judge Sullivan explained himself!

Actually, the Judge further stated that the fact Flynn had served his country for so long just made matters WORSE (in reviewing Muller's recommendations.)

He elucidated by saying someone who was supposed to be head of our country's security, and secretly remaining an agent for Turkey, deserves to be punished, and he likened it to Treason, although I understand he has backed off that word now.

I think everybody is a little shocked right now, in reviewing this Federal Judge's take on the matter.

So I didn't post entrapment.
I pointed out what the disgraced former fbi head bragged about with respect to equal application of the law.
You are for equal application of the law mighty phage?

Haven't you guys got that already?

It's okay to trick people and incriminate them for political purposes as long as it fits your party narrative.

Just think about it if was Trump's FBI tricking Hillary and/or Obummer to commit perjury, I bet we'd be having Trump's impeachment, of course, in the lefties' mind.

And in CNN front page.

Scotus hasn't removed Whitaker yet ?
I was sure someone here said they would.

That judge is an asshat. If people start calling others traitors then I am going to need some evidence beyond process crimes about an interview with the crooked ass FBI.

If not I am going to lose my isht. Worse, I will encourage others to do so as well. I'm pretty close to advocating for open rebellion.

So I didn't post entrapment.

You said that Comey explained how Flynn was entrapped. I asked a question and you answered it.

Hey mighty phage why was the fbi breaking protocol to interview someone they KNEW had not committed a crime?
They knew it was not a hatch act violation as they had listened in.
I thought once it was established an American was on the phone line unless they had a warrant our intelligence services had to disconnect?

Curious all the oddities involved in the pursuit of a process crime.

(post by shooterbrody removed for a manners violation)

I was sure someone here said they would.

That would be a good trick, since they only were sitting for a total of a week or so after his appointment and their docket was already filled.

But there is this:

The FBI only interviews people suspected of a crime? Really?

They knew it was not a hatch act violation as they had listened in.
Right, because the Hatch act covers political campaign activity by people in government. Flynn was not in government at the time.

I thought once it was established an American was on the phone line unless they had a warrant our intelligence services had to disconnect?
You thought wrong.
