Well he was tricked into it.

"Mr. Flynn, I am from the FBI. We have some questions for you. Will you sit down with us?" Tricky bastards.

"You are entitled to have a lawyer present during our questioning, General."

Why would they say that? Is that standard procedure? He was invited to an interview and he acceded.

Then lied. Just like he lied to the vice president.

Flynn and the Trump lying and distortion crowd have been talking a lot of crap lately about Flynn being tricked into lying to the FBI.

The judge, in this case, straightened them out yesterday when he had them craping in their pants as they backtracked all that nonsense before the judge.

This judge can put that Trump supporting fool Flynn in Jail so he and his lawyers shut up before the judge as he lambasted the lying hypocrite Flynn.

General Flynn shouldn't have been entrapped like that to begin with.

Entrapped how, exactly?

He was asked to answer questions. He chose to lie when he answered some of those questions.

Are you saying that he was encouraged to break the law, to lie? That is what entrapment is.

Then Bob Mueller must be a little screwy too. He has conducted 19 interviews (60 hours) with Michael Flynn. And wants to continue relying on this "fool" for additional assistance between now and March 13, 2019. Go figure...

What political activity while part of the administration did Flynn lie about?

Flynn obviously wasn't told that it was a formal interview, where what he says could be used against him. Very deceitful on the FBI's part.

What I meant was he wasn't tried, but pleaded guilty. Sorry.

If the FBI wants to ask you questions, it's formal. And Flynn knew it. He said he knew it.

You may read comeys account at your leisure.
Interesting what he bragged about getting away with.

Interesting he hid a potential national security issue from the potus.

The point is if he thinks as the Trumpeters do he’s been railroaded then the judge gave him an opportunity to go to trial and he didn’t want it.

He’s sticking with Mueller to stay out of jail

I've read it. I don't know what you're referring to. Did the FBI encourage Flynn to lie? Is that the entrapment you're talking about?

Interesting he hid a potential national security issue from the potus.
He did? But didn't Yates tell the White House that Flynn had lied after the interview?

Yeah the fbi calls the white house counsel
Always?

Probably not. But I didn't see any hint of entrapment. No indication that Flynn was encouraged to break the law.
