If we didn't have to deal with a womans monthly's there would be no such thing as IMS lol.

I have three friends- THREE- whose children have, starting in middle school, claim they are boys (all three "transgendered" kids are girls, claiming to be boys). Their parents, my friends, completely go along with it and call the girls their new chosen boy names, go to school to talk with administration about their girls using the boys' restrooms at school, and on Facebook, they post pictures of their "sons" and refer to them as "he" and use their new names.

I am so, so grateful that this issue is not one I have to deal with as a parent. Because my reaction is this- why are you parents giving in to this?? One of my friends chatted with me a bit about it. She said it was hard, and even harder for her husband. But that they support their daughter/son. She told me that some boys at school (high school! This is happening at the high school) give her "son" a hard time when "he" goes in to use the boys' restroom but that generally "he" gets left alone.

This is madness. It's just madness!!!

As a parent I know I would want to support my child and fight for them. But where does one draw the line? Hopefully parents won't allow anything drastic or irreversible (like surgery, hormone pills, etc) and that later, when the swings of adolescence are finished, these girls will come to their senses and the parents will be able to say they did the right thing. 😳😳😳

Obviously a semi-transitioned boy (chromosomal girl) can have a period. There's no debate on that, right?
