I discovered this guy a few weeks ago. He shows some amazing creative ways of cooking that look simple to execute.
Thought I'd share and hope you pick up some tips.

Can't wait for the weekend to try his pastry enclosures method

Tried it last week...put bacon, onion, lil garlic, a small sliced pepper and packed 2 diff. cheeses...and covered the center w 3 cheese.

It turned out awesome.

I didn't watch all of them but the last one looks good. I have found that I do prefer a thin burger cooked for a short time so it is still juicy. Does anyone enjoy a really thick burger where the meat is way out of proportion to the bun, cheese, etc?

That's how I feel about mustard on a burger.

One of them gave me an idea for a stuffed meatloaf.

And I have to try that cheddar cheeseburger soup. That looked amazing.

Yeah I have tried them a few times with a bit of assistance from Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay youtubes...hehehe

The trick is to cook them properly while retaining the juices. Being store bought mince I don't take chances so I cook them thoroughly and then baste in butter etc

Thats because you probably never had real mustard other than American mustard...

Burger tips...

Do not compress them, barely handle the meat. Makes them very moist.

Put a dimple in the top wrote cooking, an indent. Ends up correct shape and not a round lump.

Cool with small piece of ice on top (if you don’t know how to do the steam cover technique).

Use good meat, salt and pepper.

That is all. Do all that and you will make the best burgers ever. Guaranteed.
