This is not a celebration of war, its a celebration of a man who would do anything, endure an amount of pain I cannot even imagine to save his comrades in war.

It amazes me what people can do when the right person is in the right situation, feel free to add other remarkable moments, it doesn't have to be military in nature.

Master Sergeant Benavidez makes Rambo sound like a second-rate soldier. Wow! Thanks for sharing.

What a patriot. Despite the odds, he still took the fight to America's many enemies and defeated them while never giving up on US soldiers

Wonder if this is where Hollyweird got the plot line for Rambo series

They got the idea of the movies from a novel written by David Morrell.

yea remember watching an interview with him and he was asked about walking back from the tank destroyer as it blew up, the guy asking the questions was flabbergasted when Audi said I walked because I didn't think my legs could run.

Another amazing person, wish there had been places for him to get help post war.
