Is Flynn's sentencing for lying to the FBI about discussuons with Russian Ambassdor or being an unregistered foreign agent of Turkey?

CBSN is reporting the Judge going off on Flynn about the UFA part.

Flynn says he is aware of lying to the fbi AND they did not entrap him.

The main stream media is running out of deflections and diversions and the deep state is running out of former presidents. I'm waiting for some one to tie Khashoggi in with the Las Vegas massacre but the MSM knows he was there and tries to have his "murder" look like a crime against humanity or something...

No they didn't. The indictments of the 2 Turkish guys yesterday were a warning to Flynn: stick with your guilty plea, or we'll indict you for acting as an unregistered foreign agent.

The facts are the facts, and those facts suggest severe prosecutorial misconduct.

"I cannot recall any incident in which the court accepted a guilty plea in which he was not guilty, and I don't intend to start today," Sullivan said.

"Are you continuing to accept responsibility for your false statements?" Sullivan asked.

"I am, your honor," Flynn answered.

Remember, Flynn's NDA's prevented him from speaking. The agreement meant the NDA's were void and he could speak. The damn rules again. Sure we sitting in the cheap seats figure "speak patriot, for love and country" but the NDA's matter, rules.

Side note: my guess, the Flynn family has had to piece this all together from all Q folks, as he would not have been allowed to say word one to them, in order to protect them.

Hes never going to be sentenced. How many times have they pushed it back now? By the time everything is over, nobody is going to be worried about Flynn going to jail. A lot can happen between now and March, and even if it doesnt, I have a sneaking suspicion that it will be delayed again. I wonder if the judge got a phone call while they were recessed? He seems to have changed his tune since they have been back.
