Of course. It's his birthday this week on the 21st - winter solstice, saturnalia. I made a thread about that last year: Messiah In The Hexagon.

The military already has a Space Command under the Air Force but the creation of a separate body would unify the activities and 30,000 personnel under it.

NASA’s Magnetospheric Multiscale (MMS) mission consists of four identical spacecraft that orbit around Earth through the dynamic magnetic system surrounding the planet to study a type of space explosion called magnetic reconnection, a common event throughout the Universe that occurs when magnetic fields change by connecting and then breaking apart. The MMS satellites just witnessed such an explosion in a unique location — the Earth’s magnetotail, the part of the magnetic environment trailing behind the planet, away from the Sun.
A favorite theme of science fiction is "the portal"--an extraordinary opening in space or time that connects travelers to distant realms. A good portal is a shortcut, a guide, a door into the unknown. If only they actually existed....
It turns out that they do, sort of, and a NASA-funded researcher at the University of Iowa has figured out how to find them.
"We call them X-points or electron diffusion regions," explains plasma physicist Jack Scudder of the University of Iowa. "They're places where the magnetic field of Earth connects to the magnetic field of the Sun, creating an uninterrupted path leading from our own planet to the sun's atmosphere 93 million miles away."
Aiming for launch in late 2020, Proba-3 is not one but two small metre-scale satellites, lining up to cast a precise shadow across space to block out the solar disc for six hours at a time

That was a solar ecleipse, not lunar. Interdimensional (reverse) heist? I have a pet theory that some eclipses may open portals under certain circumstances. I know I am not only one as this is a plot device in Hell Boy. But there are a couple of recent NASA news items that make me think there may be something to the idea:
