I agree the last parag was going a bit too far but it has some objective thought behind it... How long/short would the public accept a trial of an ex-president or sec of state be? What effect on country division would the length of those trials have? Who would take the blame for short cutting that process through a cabinet attack, deep state?

The bottom dial pointing to 40 is the seconds hand for the stopwatch.

Since it's not a partial seconds hand, I see it as just a representation of 40.

Fourty what? Days? Jump ahead or behind from an post that corresponds to 03:15:00 or 15:15:00?

The bottom dial is the second hands for the watch.

Specifically, the stopwatch seconds hand.

Different from 3. Chronograph seconds hand.

What's v weird is that the original logo is at 72 pixels per inch. If you change this to 300 pixels per inch (industry norm) you get:

Height = 666 pixels
Width = 1146 pixels (add the 4 and 6 = 10 gives 1110)

I disagree. Look at the IWC website. You will see the example watch with the large second hand and upper dial at 0. The face reads 10:08 and about a half. The small bottom dial reads 35.

Bingo! I was just about to say the same thing. That photo of the watch/pen was taken today. Maybe the President had just signed an order for something to begin. Something relevant to "1 year Delta", whatever that means. "Follow the watch" indicates that a countdown to some event was started today.

The President does seem to be making himself a target on purpose. He did the same thing last week between Christmas and New Year, saying, "I'm all alone here in the White House."

Since the NSA / CIA / Military Intel are monitoring Deep-State traitors very closely, their plots would be bullet-proof evidence against them in a military-hosted trial.

I found neither, but I did find a post at 16:14, that has a picture of the pen, Qpost 481.

It also contains a line about the weekend...
