Well, the story is a little off.

Found a notebook.
Didn't hand it in or contact the owner to return it.
Sent it to someone the finder has never met.
New receiver of stolen goods sat on it for a few months.
Discovered by a child
Child has nothing to do with theft and so ...
Child brings it to ATS.

No ................ seems a little off.

Is my summation correct or not?

Just part of the confusion attack currently being waged by Q Team. Therefore of no real relevance.

Bringing evidence into the light that could not be used as evidence in a court, can now be classed as public information because it is all over the web.

If you go to the thread that justvistn wrote announcing that she was dying, he popped in near the end and had a post that was well written with fairly good grammar and spelling. Then he started posting in this thread as an 8th grader with poor typing skills and bad spelling.

Browsing 8chan today a link to Post #1461 gave me a minor epiphany and an additional aid to Q translating:

Past statement was directed @ confirmation statements, not assumptions (+JA throw in).

What triggered me was "Dash v Minus?". The only way I know to technically differentiate between Dash and Minus is by using their ASCII codes. There are 256 ASCII codes, reflecting the machine code options in hexadecimal for 16 bit computing (16x16=256) - each character/control function can be referred to by a decimal number 0 to 255, or a Hexadecimal number 0 to FF.

Below is a table of ASCII codes from our spreadsheet, where I have highlighted, in red, character/number translations of interest:


Some interesting examples to reinforce why I think it acts as a translator of additional information in Q Posts/POTUS tweets... references are the decimal ID first and hexadecimal ID second:

1) 5,5 = Enquiry - therefore does 5 by 5, 5:5, also mean "investigate"?
2) 23, 17 = ETB (End transmission block) - did you know 23 (pain) was 17 (Q) in hexadecimal? Also ETB stands for "Et Tu Brute"
3) 35, 23 = # - think #FLYROTHSFLY# which now means PAIN family ROTHS family PAIN,
4) 40, 28 = ( - POTUS40 = Ronald Reagan (do "("s in posts reflect his involvement?)
5) 41, 29 = ) - POTUS41 = George HW Bush (do ")"s in posts reflect his involvement?)
6) 42, 2A = * - POTUS42 = Bill Clinton (do "*"s in posts reflect his involvement?)
7) 43, 2B = + - POTUS43 = George W Bush (do "+"s in posts reflect his involvement?)
8) 44, 2C = , - POTUS44 = Hussein (do ","s in posts reflect his involvement?)
9) 45, 2D = - MINUS!!! = POTUS45, Trump
10) 33,21 = ! - so does ! reflect skull n Bones?
11) 207, CF = I with umlaut (2 dots above) - so does i specifically refer to shots/missiles against Clinton foundation?
12) 213, D5 = O tilde (with 2 dots above)
13) 255, FF = y umlaut (2 dots above) - so FF could refer to cabal (y) actions?

There actually 2 dashs in the character set - an "n" width one and an "m" width one.

Food for thought... especially as the 5 POTUS characters are ones that we see in multiples in posts - ((()))+++### etc.

So we could reinterpret "Dash v Minus" as "Run from POTUS45"?

Guys, just in case it is a true story...

The notebook was all over 8 last night too and other places. The person that gave it to the youtube lady was just her fan who saw it on Facebook, that's where she got it from.

Let's not jump to conspiratorial conclusions just yet
