Correction to decode on #2626 re FDKI!

I think this is related to the Bridge = Federal Public Key Infrastructure = FPKI.

I think good guys have just taken control of these keys that Hillary had!

I believe they've changed Public to Directed... i.e. the old FPKI bridges no longer work and are replaced by controlled or "directed" keys.

This also explains "[D] Day" as first line of #2629?
