Well, let's see: On one hand, the NY AG has filed a lawsuit against the Trump Foundation. On the other hand, the CFO of the Clinton Foundation has reportedly testified to the FBI that 85% of the contributions to the CF never went to any kind of charitable cause. The Clintons reportedly travelled extensively on the CF dime, and routinely spent foundation money for personal reasons. The CFO insists he's repeatedly tried to tell Bill Clinton this was all majorly illegal, and Bill didn't care. If these reports are even remotely close to being true, then the DOJ isn't going to file a lawsuit, it's going to issue criminal indictments for charity fraud and embezzlement. (And that's not even considering the charges that will be added if they can prove pay-for-play.)
