Music is one persons gift to all people. no god needed.

I know , its a sad world we live in and I as a player of the guitar continue my journey wishing that I'd just be someone other then me on this 6 stringer.

Yes , if it wasn't how could this exist.


Proof of musical Gods I believe.

If not by God then by Angel. This one goes well with the snow coming down where I am at the moment as well.

A while back I read (and I do not remember where) that before the fall all angels had their part in creation and they would "play" the lattice strings of the universe to create worlds and what was on and in them.

Once mankind was created they were no longer allowed to do so. But of course some of them taught us to play music in memory of their ability to create.

So in other words, they played a song in the ether and out popped an antelope...or whatever else. Eventually all of their music created the universe that we see and hear around us.

Another interesting and possibly related issue is Synesthesia. This is where certain people will experience seeing colors or certain scents when hearing various instruments of chords in music.

Same singer, practically the same band. Just a few additions. When I think about all the music I have heard over all of my years, this particular album stands out as one of the most calming and beautiful I have ever experienced. Not new age or anything like that. Just earthy but somehow floating in heaven at the same time.

BTW, sorry for drifting away from Jeff Healey. He is a great musician. I haven't heard from him in sometime. Thanks for the reminder.
