FBI Raids Clinton Foundation Whistle-Blower - Seizes Evidence Damning to Clintons-DOJ-FBI.

Apparently, Deep-State criminal components in the Department of Justice are alive, well, and still in control. The swamp-draining isn't being executed fast enough!

FBI agents raided the home of a recognized Department of Justice whistleblower who privately delivered documents pertaining to the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One to a government watchdog, according to the whistleblower’s attorney.

The Justice Department’s inspector general was informed that the documents show that federal officials failed to investigate potential criminal activity regarding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Rosatom, the Russian company that purchased Uranium One, a document reviewed by The Daily Caller News Foundation alleges.

The delivered documents also show that then-FBI Director Robert Mueller failed to investigate allegations of criminal misconduct pertaining to Rosatom and to other Russian government entities attached to Uranium One.

“The bureau raided my client to seize what he legally gave Congress about the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One,” the whistleblower’s lawyer, Michael Socarras, told TheDCNF, noting that he considered the FBI’s raid to be an “outrageous disregard” of whistleblower protections.

The timing of this raid and seizure is very troubling, because Federal Prosecutor JOHN HUBER is scheduled to appear before Congress next Wednesday, December 5th, to testify about potential crimes committed by the Clintons, through their foundation.

If evidence against the Clinton Foundation has been seized by the Justice Department/FBI, then Federal Prosecutor Huber will not have everything he needs, in order to back up his claims of lawlessness in/by the foundation.

I have wondered if this is an attempt to not allow Huber to answer questions due to "an ongoing investigation".

The IG tookpart...why? It was IG who guided the whistle blower and gave the info to the two congressional committees

Was this to get the info into the mainstream? No, MSM will not report.

Andy McCabe is in charge of the FBI. There's something strange about him, I can't quite put my finger on.

Yesterday, there was a raid against on one of our long-time Chicago leaders, who has conducted business with President Trump in the past.

And, Rudy Giuliani said that Bob Mueller's team gave President Trump a head's-up, (12 hours notice) before Michael Cohen plea-deal arrangement was announced.

A lot of activity is always occurring, but higher profile people easily avoid prison.

The identity of the Whistle-Blower is a secret, for obvious reasons. Apparently, even Hillary does not know his/her identity, since that person is still alive.

I'm trying to think positive... that these were good/Trump elements of the FBI who raided this home and seized documents.

That they did so to protect this evidence from being destroyed in a mysterious fire, or taken in a burglary, after John Huber drops his bombshells next Wednesday.

I would think that whoever was holding such documents would have backup copies scattered all over the place. I damn sure would!

More like, as someone else said, an attempt to breaks this an "ongoing investigation" to throttle testimony.

No...I would say the government is still unified, for the most part. Unified against what's in the best interest of U.S. Citizens. And unified against President Trump's efforts to drain the swamp.

The swamp hasn't been drained at all, in fact the swamp is what got Trump into office. The swamp is facilitated and supplied by lobbying, the ultra-rich are who pay our politicians to lie to us on a daily basis. What is it that pretty much legalized bribing our politicians or at the very least protected it? Citizens United.

David Bossie is the president of Citizens United, the organization that fought for the ultra-rich's "right" to bribe our so called representatives for political and economical advantages. David Bossie was Trump's campaign manager, he is the definition of swamp.

They aren't fabricating the evidence, they are seizing it to build their case.

The fact that there is evidence of a crime indicates that a crime has been committed.

They have also captured evidence relating to the Clinton campaign.

Perhaps they intend to prosecute ALL the bad guys without fear or favor?

We won't know until the cases go to court, hopefully public trials, not closed.

I guess we will have to look on the bright side until we find out what happens to the Docs. Bright side being Huber was not found at his home after committing suicide by shooting himself 5 times in the head ...

I do not know about you guys but I do not trust the FBI at present...at all.. they have been part of or directed by the Clinton/Obama cabal to start smelling nicely anytime soon.

Would imagine Huber would already have in his possession all of the evidence he has collected and needs for any potential prosecutions. Don't see how this could undermine his investigation.

The FBI gather evidence, they don't prosecute.

Evidence of a crime, indicates that a crime was committed.

The FBI have power of arrest and apprehension but the prosecution rests with the courts.

Except for handover of evidence to the prosecutor and guard duty of the detained awaiting judgement, the FBI should have little interaction with the judiciary in accordance with the separation of powers.

The FBI do have the power to raid a suspect pursuant to obtaining a court order authorizing the raid. If there is evidence that the suspect did something wrong, then they did something wrong, It isn't (shouldn't be) about allegiances and currying favor.

Nobody should be above the law, and that includes the Clintons and George W.. It's really sad to think that American citizens would lose their job or be arrested and thrown in jail if we did anything remotely similar to the Clinton's, Bush and Trump. What's even worse is that our own constitution enables these political leaders to avoid prosecution and interfere with a lawful investigation.

The power of a president to "pardon" anyone or to fire anyone related to a criminal or treasonous investigation is clearly putting political leaders above the rule of law. Ford pardoning Nixon after his resignation was a perfect example. Protecting law makers from sexual harassment is another example. Now Trump is contemplating pardoning Manafort! Can you imagine a common American citizen to have this type of power and allow convicted friends to escape legal prosecution? This presidential power is clearly being abused and it's not being used for its intended purposes.

What's even more ridiculous is some Americans support this outrageous miscarriage of justice. Our Elected officials can't even put their political party aside and hold up their oath of office! We have elected officials who place party before country. We have corporate outside influences who spend thousands of dollars a year to buy are elected officials and to sway their vote for their own self-interests. "W" caused over 5,000 military families to lose loved ones due to a blatant lie about Iraq! Yet his deadly lie is ignored and he walks free! Can you imagine an American citizen doing such a thing and causing so many deaths??

We then have the Clinton's who have evaded prosecution for years related to their Clinton Foundation and Hillary's deleted e-mails. E-mails are not wiped out unless there is something to hide.

All Americans need to put their political affiliations aside and wake-up! Stop defending these self-serving politicians! We justify keeping leaders in office because we agree on some things they are doing, but completely ignore their criminal actions and harm they're doing to our country!

Americans ignored giving a candidate like Bernie Sanders a chance to address major issues affecting the majority of Americans. The label "progressive" and conservatives labeling him a "socialist" and communist doomed his chance of becoming president. For Christ's sake, we need to give candidates like this a chance. At least Sanders was addressing the real needs of Americans! It astounds me that the leading country of the free world still can't provide all it's citizens affordable healthcare! Pharmaceutical prices and hospital expenses are outrageous. Some Americans think of nothing when our elected officials attack Social Security, healthcare or Medicare when they possess the best pensions and healthcare paid for by our tax dollars! Our education system is failing and our lawmakers don't want to spend the money to finance it properly. Education should be a priority because an educated worker directly affects our economy and intelligent decision making! Yet America's priority has become stationing military bases around the world and getting involved in conflicts that should be none or our business! A military should be to protect our homeland, not to police the world.

Americans are shooting themselves in the foot and are allowing politicians to reap the benefits of their office. Don't agree? Ask yourselves why so many representatives are beyond their retirement years! I digress...
