Lol, you guys are awesome.

Now we're at the point of "trump likely never even knew" and "mueller is making people lie by threatening them."

You do know it's a character strength to be able to admit when you're wrong, don't you? And conversely, it's a deep, weak, character flaw to relentlessly insist you're right at all costs, in the face of overwhelming likelihood of the contrary?

No wonder the country is in such a mess.

Hold your leader accountable. It's the patriotic thing to do.

We do hold our leaders accountable, just not to your fevered, conspiratorial standards.

What is a "fixer"? All of the fake-news organizations are referring to Michael Cohen as President Trump's former "lawyer and fixer".

It does sound more ominous doesn't it!

Really? Please tell me what part of theRosenstein letter has you confused?

None of it. The indictments and the Rosenstein's letter confirm that it's fishing expedition. What part of "fishing expedition" do you not understand?
"Follow the evidence where it leads you." I'm not surprised that makes so many people sad.

Another victim of the fishing expedition, pleading guilty to lying, and not anything to do with what they were tasked with investigating.

This is directly related to the Russia investigation. It shows that Donald Trump was lying when he stated he had no business in Russia. How in the world is that not related to the Russia investigation?

When did Trump ever say that? It's been known for over a year (at least) that he had an interest in building a hotel in Moscow, but it never happened.

A lot of leftists, even those who claim to be conservative, are more than okay with lying themselves as long as they try to sling mud at POTUS trump...

LOL, you guys are forgetting that Mueller is a corrupt politician who has put innocent people behind bars and then knowingly buried evidence that would exonerate people...

He has done it in the past, and with the help of the pro-Clinton democrats in his team he has been doing it once again.

Did he say that or was he talking about any "collusion with Russia to affect the elections"?...

This is similar to other attacks you, and others in the left have been doing for 2 years...

"He called all immigrants animals" meanwhile he was talking about ms-13, or illegals who resort to crimes...

"he is a racist because he attacks all immigrants" meanwhile he is talking about illegal immigration and that we must put a stop to it...

For the past 2 +years the left, and people like you, are the ones who have been making up lie, after lie, after lie...

When did Robert Mueller become a politician?

Since he started an investigation which was paid for by hillary/the DNC, which hired a foreigner who was a former spy for the British and stated he would do anything to stop Trump from being POTUS... Not to mention since starting an investigation which used "uncorroborated claims which came from... The Russians" and an Australian who heard someone who heard someone else, who heard someone else talk in a bar while being drunk...

She still refers to the Steele dossier as "evidence"

Your beating your head to a wall with that one. When debating one he drags you down to his level and beats you with experience.

Ehhh...I think you'd better investigate the difference between partisan and politician. Not that I believe either applies in this case. Meanwhile, why not wait until all the facts are in before wetting one's trow?

Proof please. Otherwise it's simply more propaganda.

You should be ashamed of yourselves. You're not patriots. Not even remotely.

Blind faith in your "team" and endless cognitive dissonance is not patriotism. It's foolishness.

Wake up. Donnie's a businessman, and all he cares about is his public opinion, and making money. That's it.

Whats really funny about some of this... with the information released so far it looks like at best they may get trump for lying. (not collusion, or election fixing, or anything of real substance)

Mmm where have we seen this before, big claims to start dig and dig and dig to get them with a lie, yet in the '90s the democrats bemoaned the death of democracy over such a fishing expedition but now... now by god they are on the right side of history.

what is really sad about it, is how many people are falling for the dog and pony show... sure back under Clinton we believed the news now we should all know better than to trust the propaganda arm.

A "fixer" is an occupation that has existed as long as their has been power, wealth and politics.

Sometimes they are less than ethical attorneys, other times they are psuedo private-investigators. In essence they solve problems, often by either outright breaking or bending the law.

They are usually tasked with "fixing" problems that need to be kept out of the view of public.

The cliche in modern times being the "dead prostitute" scenario, though that scenario likely happens rarely.

Monsanto (for example) is well known to employ "fixers" to head of lawsuits and scandals. George Clooney famously played a Monsanto "fixer" int eh movie "Michael Clayton", based of a book by a former Monsanto fixer.

Michael Cohen absolutely qualifies for the job title, having been employed by the Candidate Trump squash emerging scandals either by threatening, paying-off or coordinating with tabloid owners. He also did the same for a former head of the RNC Fundraising committee.

I think it is very, very difficult to predict if the Special Counsel will "get" Trump on anything and if so what that might be.

It seems the press does a great deal of speculating, while all we know for certain publicly is that the Special Counsel is effective at gathering facts among a heap of lies, half-truths and obfuscation.

We can discuss evidence revealed, but I don't believe we have insight into the Special Counsel's conclusions from the data yet.
