Not much merit to your thoughts there...If they seek asylum they are not illegal. Everyone can try to spin this but truth is truth that anyone can cross the border anywhere they choose if they are fleeing their government that is failing to protect their basic human rights. They are then sent to a legal place in the usa to seek asylum.

Legalize natural drugs and bring back temporary migrant worker visas at a rate that allows the job market to prosper. How you'd change your tune if they did like they were doing in some european countries, iirc, and forced you to house the asylum seekers in your own house.

So long as it is the taxes of others, the burden of others, you care not. Let others be even more heavily taxed while increasing welfare and public healtcare, to overburden the system into collapse.

Get rid of the welfare state then, if this is what you want. Most here will leave and most of those trying to get here will not bother coming here.

I made the comment based on others made throughout this thread and countless others on ATS over the last few years when anyone has challenged their world view that the lens the right wing media - in all its forms plays out to them.
