According to my Webster New World College Dictionary 4th edition 1999...
invader: to enter forcibly or hostilely, crowd into, throng, intrude upon, infringe,
violate,to enter and spread through with harmful effects, and trespass.

Your problem is gov and not people.

There seems to be a large number of Americans who don't care if large groups of people enter illegally.

Yea well mayve if you really cared you would be trying to figure out how this group acquired funding and made it possible for them to safely travel through Mexico

True dat

however webster is not accepted within legal settings nor were our laws written with webster in mind. It is kinda low ball for politicians to pretend to confuse the two definitions in order to gin up hatrid for immigrants just so the gov can keep robbing you.

Looks like the unconstitutional deployment on the border is now over a hundred million dollars. Oh but do not worry bout the cost cause the gov has a nice convenient piggy bank for such occasions. It is your wallet, purse and or bank account. It is sunday and time for us to get our due rest so we can get out there in the morning and provide money for a system that fails us and redirects our anger at those of us who are less fortunate in life.

It is gonna be a great week

Yay, look at all those Dreamers.

Dreaming of breaking into our home and demanding our goods.

Look at all those politicians forcing you at gun point to give your money to the irs.
Better judgement tells me your problem is with the government and not some refugees but you fail to realize it.

Those aren't refugees.

When you force your way into another country you're not a refugee, you're an invader!

Doesn't seem any of this batch has done so.
So, we're good?

They didn't tear down fences and force their way through Mexico's southern border?

Strange...I thought they did, maybe it's a mandella effect?

Thanks judge! We do have rule of law that says that have the right to due process and until they have crossed and stated their case to an official and said official then they are considered asylum seekers unless can be proven otherwise. That is how it works until the gov can get together and figure out some other process.

So the job of the border agents is to expel those who are not refugees/asylum seekers without merit. It seems to me that the system is failing at the federal level and perhaps the states could do a better job of separating them since the feds and ice are bogged down with regulations and partisan politics by way of ignorance of the average american who looks at the lot and deems them all to be illegal while being simultaneously bombarded by the thought from others that they are all legal. So in the end everyone gets through because the people robbing you are also confusing the issues.

They were offered asylum in Mexico.

They refused and now they are rushing a border they have no right to enter for the second time.

Those are not refugees.

BS!

He wants them to be "refugees" (people oppressed by their own government) and that makes it so.

I say they're unicorns! Prove they cant fart rainbows go ahead and try.

This idea of placing poor migrants into "refugee" status is the work of globalist propagandists. Period. About 10 years ago. Look it up. Or go on sounding like a halfwit. Its up to you.

Same guys? Maybe. But those "fences" looked like temporary barricades.

In any case, I was asking about the US border.

Laws not feelings....Even if i agree with you the law states they are entitled to be heard if they choose too.

Do tell how they are entering for a second time or a law that states a person can not claim asylum twice. Situations change.

It is very simple. Your make it hard. If they cross and do not seek asylum then they are illegal and if they do seek asylum but are denied yet stay then they are illegal. If they cross and seek and are granted temporary asylum status then they are legal.

When you or anyone on either side of the debate lump a whole group into one category then you are wrong. The gov that robs you and waste your money banks on you continuing to be wrong and look at them all the same.

When they broke through the Mexican border, bypassed asylum there, and are now trying to break into our country.

Those aren't asylum seekers. They're just illegals.

If they were following the law they would have applied at our embassy in their home state, or settled in Mexico.

One can be in this country illegally and apply for asylum.
That is the law.

We have no obligation to allow them to enter.

You are correct. But we cannot deny them a request for asylum.
