Voting for either the left or the right doesn't make any difference. Let me make that perfectly clear. Both the left and the right suck. They suck huge.

Bigly.

Politicians want power and control. It's an undeniable fact we all must face. They don't care about us. They never did. They won't be happy until we're all under their imperial thumb.

Like Brexit, it doesn't matter in the end because politicians, like a casino house, always win.

But DB! The title of your thread says "Why voting is so important"! OMG! Are you insane?

Yes, I am insane, but bear with me while I explain why voting is so important.

Voting is the only way that politicians know how fast they can screw us over.

If we vote for a candidate that says they want to lower taxes, well. . . that candidate will never lower taxes, but it lets the evil asstards in DC know that they have to move slowly. If we vote for a candidate that wants higher taxes, then it's a signal for them to move quickly.

People like Trump are an aberration. He wasn't supposed to win. Not at all. Hillary was.

It is my contention that Trump will never win the 2020 election because TPTB won't allow it. It might indicate that our votes have actual power instead of just being an indicator on how fast they want to #### us over.

So vote! Play their damned game! Let them know that we want to get screwed over slowly and not fast!

Votes for that commie in New York or the assholes in California only quicken our demise and embolden the retards in DC. So at the very least, vote for the ####ing liars who say they want to strengthen our borders, reduce the size of government and lower our taxes.

It might give the scum pause before totally screwing us over.

I think its possible to beat the system at its own game. Americans have been doing it for 242 years. There is no reason to lose faith. Keep exercising those rights or we will lose them. We all know there is a concerted effort to destroy the Bill of Rights.

Anybody else feels that both parties and lamestream media work for the deep state and not for the American Voter ???

Yup. And it seems half of America is ok with that. That's the troubling part.

This is from another thread, not mine, but is very enlightening if you believe in the US Constitution and Bill of Rights as written.

As important is who counts the votes or how the votes are counted.

Electronic voting is fine as long as there are paper receipts which are also tallied, which defeats the purpose of e-voting but its the only way.

Stalin once said, "It's not who votes that count, it's who counts the votes."

So TPTB have the power to not allow him to win 2020 but they did not have the power the stop him in 2016!

Super ultra powerful and super weak and powerless at the same time...

What this is, is delusion. The truth that none of you Trumpers want to see is that HE IS the powers that be. Hillary was never meant to win, she was meant to make him win. And now he's doing everything he can to get the rich richer, and bring down all that made us great -- our integrity, our values, our voice in the world and the respect many had for us.

All gone.

All gone because the orange one did his job well, the puppet that he is, that most nitwits won't see until it's too late.

You authoritarians are going to have to get over yourselves.

You book burning freedom haters are just going to have to work just a little harder.

Both parties are spending billions on candidates and campaigns.

If you think they aren't also trying to find ways to cheat, or rig the system in their favor as well, then happy voting!

My faith in the current system, especially in national elections is about 5%.

The only way the people win is to so overwhelm the system with votes that it can overcome the fraud and rigged systems.

Without the electoral college in place most of the country wouldn't count anyway. The presidency would be the exclusive property of a few major cities and states.

Book burning?

Quite the opposite, I would love for you Trumpians to actually read a book or two.

Might I suggest Mein Kampf to get an idea of how you were fooled?

Yeah, your way off... imo.

Trump is no crusader, or any kind of revolutionary against the powers that be... He's simply a wealthy cheesy reality tv star, who's only desire in life is to be a popular figure to the minion masses.

The fact he was voted in as POTUS, just proves how easily TPTB can play the American people.

Sorry to say it, but you all just got taken... Hook, line and sinker.

Too many times you allude to anyone who doesn't think in your globalist way as a Nazi.

You have grown stale.

You bring nothing to the table that I might find even amusing. So I'll do you the courtesy of ignoring you because a one-note song gets boring real quick.

And you bore me, child.

It's very important to me!!

I like the voting process and campaigns in general. The GOP has an obscene budget for elections and as a media contractor/producer, helping in the campaign spot productions, I get a nice slice of the pie. It's just business. Spend 3mil on a state race campaign for a position that pays 100k. Whats wrong with this picture?

That's right...I'm part of the problem.

Union proud, Union strong...

You don't bore me, though. You scare me. That's why I still post here sometimes. Because I realize that many who are not well enough equipped to see through what is happening are coming here to echo reinforce their delusions.

As your delusion grows it become more and more dangerous, you need to be kept an eye on.

The truly comical thing is... this is a conspiracy website, populated allegedly by intellectuals and conspiracy theorists. Only that is all bullsnip, as the majority of posters here cannot see things unraveling right in front of their eyes, instead standing with and doing the bidding of those they are supposed to be against.

If it weren't so sad, it would be hilarious. MAGA hats should have come with blinders pre-installed, save you guys the hassle of reading the instructions on how to attach them.

Trump represents the end of political correctness. He has exposed politics for the pompous charade it is.

Most people despise and worry about political correctness but those in power and their obsequious followers demand it and enforce it. They pull the levers of propaganda and indoctrination—the media, academia, big tech—but we're waking up to it. So, for now, we still have to put up with those addicted to public relations and political snobbery, but with each finger wag and couch feint, their power dwindles. Trump is just the beginning.
