This appears a little different than bruises all over her face like was described by TMZ. He hit her with pillows and dragged her across the floor to make her leave.

Not even slightly surprised.

A Democratic Presidential hopeful for 2020... it's perfectly OK if he abuses women.

Maybe he'll even get high up enough in the Democratic food chain that raping and killing them will be OK too!!!

That party is such a mess and their followers even worse...

Truly despicable.

Libtards will go to any lengths to protect their "star" anti-Trump lawyer, even from clear domestic abuse committed against a WOMAN.

Where's #METOO ??

Crickets....

So ... dragging people across the floor after dragging them out of bed is OK with you?

It is not OK with me.

What else did you expect from an LA prosecutor.

Me too, as long as it is not one of the protected sons.

Please, please let him run for 2020. I would pay to see Trump take him down. Epic entertainment.

Imagine the outcome here if he was a Trump supporter and a republican.

Depends. But it doesn't sound like felony abuse.
That's why the case has been referred for possible misdemeanor charges, I guess.

Doesn't say that.

Miniutti said in her request for a restraining order that she was wearing only a T-shirt and underwear when Avenatti grabbed her by the arm and dragged her out of the bed. She said she was scratched on her side and leg. Court papers include photographs that appear to show bruises.

I'm no one's champion.

But I don't think pulling someone off of a bed constitutes a felony offense.
Do you?

I was quoting the OP.

Nevertheless, dragging women anywhere, against their will, is generally not considered a good thing.

Depends?

Dragging people out of bed and across the floor is not OK.

There is no 'Depends.'

It is wrong!

Sheez.

Dragging a woman along the floor is NOT a felony ? No worse than a few cuss words, right ?

Not under the law, apparently.

But it seems there was no dragging across the floor, at least, that wasn't in her complaint according to the article.

People also conveniently forget that Trump was a registered Democrat from 2001 to 2009, the years during which the Stormy affair and 'p*ssy grabbing' took place. There's just something about being associated with that party which brings out the worst in people.

So glad he switched to the GOP to get back on the straight and narrow...
