*shrugs* in a perfect world she would be charged (Assuming secret information was sent to it), just like Hillary should have been.
But the DNC managed to maneuver things to make intent more important than violating the law, so that ship has sailed.

Already precedent set in these cases.
HRC got nothing.
That sets the standard im afraid.
Carry on.
Actually that is incorrect.
Clinton used her private email server against DoJ rules, of which, as the ultimate arbiter of those rules, she was able to do.
She did not break any regulations or laws, she just used 'bad judgment'. (And, by the way, her server was NEVER hacked, unlike the Government's server that she "should" have used).
As a result of that regulatory "loophole", actual laws and regulations were put in place.
Ms. Trump violated actual laws and regulations.

It’s really sad that you are nothing more than a Parisian hack that will go to any length to defend the indefensible. It really doesn’t take 7 plus paragraphs to say what we already know. Trump and his family of sycophants can do not wrong. a reply to: TheRedneck

No, this isn't Trump bashing time. This is, oh, look, same issue. What's a better response this time?

Your article is being misleading. What she was violating is the records law which says she has to keep these documents for archiving. Her personal email does not do this. And in the article they correct that by sending the emails back through her government account. Had she set it up to forward all emails to the office national archives she would have been fine.
The news that Trump used a personal email address for government work follows the disclosure on Sunday that Jared Kushner—Trump’s husband and a senior adviser to President Donald Trump—also used a personal email address for official work. That disclosure was made by Abbe Lowell, a lawyer for Kushner.
“Yet again we see that there’s one rule for the Trump family and another for everyone else,” Austin Evers, the executive director of American Oversight and a former senior counsel at the Department of State, said in a statement to Newsweek. “It’s simply breathtaking that both Ivanka and Jared Kushner would conduct government [work] on a personal email account after running a campaign centered on that very issue. The fact that they would brazenly ignore rules governing email use raises even more questions about their judgement and fitness to hold positions in the White House.”

Yeah, Ivanka violated records law...but then corrected it. There's no reason to crucify her.
I would say the same thing if Hillary had corrected her mistakes...but she didn't. Instead she swept them under the rug and tried to play us for fools just like ole Billy blowjob did... I don't like being LIED to.

You mean Ivanka didn’t wipe the server and delete 30,000 emails?
