Is there a scientific or functional reason why its an egg shaped building suspended in mid air above the crater? Does it help them create a specific type of environment for their experiments?

Is it earthquake proof becuase of the suspension? Even the bridge could be designed to swivel and swing freely at its 2 connection points, and contract/expand in length.

Or is it "floating" just to make it look cool and inspiring and futuristic?

Isn't that good enough?

Fukushima update Nov 8, 2018 to all Embassies, Consular posts and International Organizations in Japan)

Although the internet doom porn sounds quite exciting, it is hard to argue with the actual science.

Ya!
What kind of fools, won't believe corporate-verified science?

1. Subdrain and Groundwater Drain Systems In October, purified groundwater pumped from the subdrain and groundwater drain systems was discharged on the dates shown in Appendix 1. Prior to every discharge, an analysis on the quality of the purified groundwater to be discharged was conducted by Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) and the results were announced. All the test results during the month of October have confirmed that the radiation levels of sampled water were substantially below the operational targets set by TEPCO (these operational targets are well below the density limit specified by the Reactor Regulation). The results of these analyses were also confirmed by third-party organization (Mitsubishi Nuclear Fuel Co., Ltd, Kaken Co., Ltd and Tohoku Ryokka Kankyohozen Co.).

Marvel? Ha! For one, Avatar is FICTION. For two, THAT'S NOT SPACE EXPLORATION. That's at best a facsimile of a simulation of going to space, but you're not physically present. This is a good side project, but I'd rather go to Mars, personally.

Sorry, but SpaceX is it. All or nothing.

That's a large enough document that I'm not going to spend time to go through. I stopped at:

All the test results during the month of October have confirmed that the radiation levels of sampled water were substantially below the operational targets set by TEPCO (these operational targets are well below the density limit specified by the Reactor Regulation). The results of these analyses were also confirmed by third-party organization (Mitsubishi Nuclear Fuel Co., Ltd, Kaken Co., Ltd and Tohoku Ryokka Kankyohozen Co.). I

Call me a conspiracy theorist but I lose trust when the guilty parties declare everything is "below operational targets".

OK, you are a conspiracy theorist.

I'm a conspiracy theorist, too. It doesn't mean I have to think the world is flat, that Nibiru is a mostly invisible Solar System object or that the LHC is for opening dimensional portals.

As opposed to someone on the internet who pulls random numbers out of the air and makes the claim that they have validity.

I mean, they both could be lying to me, it is just that one has more credibility than the other, from my perspective.

I love it!
The space centers expand the population beyond the planet. Lowering planet population. Omitting the need for population control...
Nice idea if each continent produced them

Lowering planet population.

That's gonna take some really, really big ships.

Very clever Phage

I agree and would think if everyone put their minds and muscle together it could be done in a fashionable amount of time.

Ya! Apparently some study showed: that as much as 63.4% of random internet statistics, were mostly just-about 72.2% made-up on-the-fly!

Maybe you're right about it all being perspective.

Just thought that perhaps some old fool would come-in and challenge that corporate-science, wasn't 'actual' science.
You know: some old fool that doesn't realize that corporations are our friends, and that from their perspective: they just want to do what is best for all of humanity.

But none did, just leaving this old fool mumbling in the corner, as usual.

Maybe nobody needs to have their ignorance denied anymore?
Perhaps ATS has done it's job, and there's no more ignorance here?

Carry-on!

Meaning?

The disaster that was Fukushima is not necessarily as major, or as un-remediated, as some would paint it.

Ya man!
Only some crazy-twitchy-goofy-tin-foil-pointy-headed conspiracy kook would think the TPTB are not completely honest and forthcoming about Fukushima.

Where is part 1?
