You asked how many times he fell. That might imply that you think that a fall will result in one injury each.

I thought that was a reasonable assumption. Would the traumas from a single fall be classified as multiple?

Yes.

The second victim died of multiple blunt force injuries sustained in a 20-foot fall from a tree stand. We summarize the features of morbidity and mortality related to deer hunting based on investigations by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

OK, I can accept that.

Did he fall from 20 feet like the fellow in your link?

I know as much about what killed him as you do.

Beyond that, feel free to make any assumptions you wish.

I can see multiple injuries form falling 20 feet, but I saw nothing in the report that said he was airborne. I just assumed he was on the ground.

That's not an assumption. It's stated in the report. And you believe it! Sucker!

My part of the conversation began with someone assuming that multiple blunt force injuries meant a beating.

I meant prior to the fall (or whatever it was). Do I still get my sucker?

A beating would leave "multiple blunt force traumas," would it not?

In that case I win because I made no assumptions while you have.

Yes.

Some here have stated he was found at his home. This is incorrect.

from the Cleveland Times in the OP

Police say Best was found "unresponsive" near the garage door exit of an apartment building in Washington, D.C.'s Navy Yard neighborhood at 5:25 a.m. on Nov. 1, and was pronounced dead by medical personnel who responded to the scene.

notice the bold. It was an apartment building, not his apartment building.

And consider the time he was found...5:25 am. What was he doing there that early in the am ?

Without seeing the actual autopsy will we ever know?.

And that's the best part. The less evidence the better. Right?

But we can always call it fake anyway.

Exactly, why are they not giving the evidence? After 2 weeks investigation surly they have some evidence.

Just Someone here to pipe in again.

Another probable test case for how high up the chain corruption, silencing and convenient but incorrect death verdict's can go is the mysterious case of the death of James Forestal.
Now you are definitely fully versed in the subject matter of his case but for others whom may have forgotten this was the US secretary of Defense under Truman.

And over here in the UK - or rather over in France were it happened with an obvious collusion between very high ranking members of both the UK and France intelligence services we had the definite murder of Princess Diana which has been whitewashed as a tragic accident, the chauffeur made a scapegoat even after allegations arose from the ex wife of an SAS soldier whom threatened to kill her like they had Diana and the fact that at least one witness actually saw her walk to the ambulance with only an apparent broken arm, the time it took for the short journey to the hospital while she was murdered in the ambulance and the illegal because it was too quickly done (under French law) embalming of her body to hide the probable fact that she was pregnant with Dodi Al-Fayad's child.

The list of these types of murders goes on and on and on, it is not a problem with only one nation and is actually as old as corruption and those that fight it and abuse of power for personal or political whim's is in places of power.

Is this like the US Attorney investigating fraud in Broward County who they decided shot himself in the head even though they couldn't find a gun anywhere at the scene?

There seems to be an unsettling amount of "suicides" recently, doesn't it?

Democrats want Universal Healthcare. But in my opinion, U.H. will be impossible, if they are unable to resist the bribes and REAL death threats from very powerful pharmaceutical lobbyists.

This HHS executive was a shot across the bow by that industry. A warning to the Universal Healthcare advocates in Congress.

"Multiple blunt force trama?"

As in he beat himself to death with a baseball bat or similar?

Yeah...ok...if they say so.

Yeah, like where did the medical examiner get his degree to rule suicide on that? A crackerjack box?
