I'll just leave this here.

Pareidolia is a type of apophenia, which is a more generalized term for seeing patterns in random data. Some common examples are seeing a likeness of Jesus in the clouds or an image of a man on the surface of the moon.

Building or rock formations is what I'm going with.

So are you saying you believe this is an actual totem pole? Or are you just giving an example of Pareidolia?

Well it would be one huge totem pole if that is in fact what it is, I agree with you.

That 'totem pole' looks to be the size of 4 or 5 747's... and someone apparently cut it down like a giant tree!

Is this really a giant 'totem pole'... or are you just pulling my leg??

Well...the tiretracks go around the thing so somebody else also found it.

Pretty sure it's a rock formation but maybe you got some more research/info to claim this is a totempole.

Peace

As somebody who posts pictures of Mars rocks that "look like things," the OP has quite an imagination. Also no sense of scale.
