She's breaking a law and placing herself in contempt

What law has she broken?

The Florida state laws concerning access for observers, external inspection, and until earlier today, the sharing of information like how many total ballots she held.

Oh, the internal observors?

So why is she refusing to abide by the laws providing external inspection and observation again?

Even if by some slim chance it's not fraud, it's definitely incompetence and the people running the show need fired.

I agree but I doubt firings will happen. Would it be different. A lot of these positions are not filled by skills but by who someone knows.

Might be that this is the best Florida can do.

If you were in charge in Broward, why would you refuse to allow inspection according to the law? If a judge sent an order personally naming you, "Mr./Ms X, you are in violation of the law. Youu must obey this law and allow inspection and provide total numbers", what would make you ignore it? Under what circumstances would you personally say, "# the law and that judge, I'm not allowing observers or inspection. I'd rather be held in contempt and break the law" ?

What direction does this point if not voter fraud?

Well, I do believe it is considered electoral fraud instead of voter fraud if I remember my talking points correctly. That being said, it shows a blatant disregard for the law of the land and for democracy.

Count the votes. Complete the tallies. Report the numbers. It's not difficult and the integrity of our country depends on it.

One county out of over 3000 makes the entire process look like a sham. Congratulations to Broward County FL...you've certainly earned it....

One county ?
Georgia and some of Cali
Seems like more than one county to me.
And , guess what ?
All races the Dems lost.
Coincidence ?
I don't believe in no stinkin coincidence

Not really. It's not like they've been in the room looking over the proverbially crooked hump on Snipes' back:

Two DOE staffers have been stationed in Broward County since at least Nov. 6 to oversee the administration of the elections, visit polling stations, and “ensure that all laws are followed.” Florida’s Secretary of State announced its plan for increased oversight in May, after a court ruled Broward Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes broke the law when she authorized the premature destruction of ballots in a contested race following the 2016 elections.

We hear nothing about chain of custody or filling out ballots. Seeing as how weasley the article and DOE staffers are wording things, I'd say they need a good look at too.

I am not sure what you are talking about.

Noon yesterday the count was finished for Florida.

There is a state-mandated machine recount taking place now and there are observers from both parties in place for it.

My God now there's bomb threats at Ft Lauderdale Airport !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Massive Police Response Due To Incident at Fort Lauderdale International Airport

“Around 6:30 tonight, Regional Communications received a report of a suspicious package outside Terminal 4 at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport,” the sheriff’s office said. “Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies and its bomb squad are on-scene and investigating.”

I love how they "find" new ballots..
Always leaning heavy democrat ballots.
When ya can't win, cheat...

The President himself did not attain office by the majority vote.

Is America even a democratic republic?

Yes. The president is not a representative. He is the executive administrator of the government. Thus, he is not elected by the people, but by the states.

I guess I'm talking about the five day atrocity committed by ignoring those laws even after the emergency hearing Friday. You know. The wordsy stuff and the video I posted in the OP.

I don't know.

Why do you suppose Scott never made a formal request for an investigation? He is the Governor, after all. Could it be nothing but posturing, or maybe just prudent?

Because he's on the ballot and you would scream fraud/voter suporession?

The AG has since supplied a written complaint, I've read.
