Not defending this scumbag, POS....But, do you think that people accused of a felony, but not yet convicted, still awaiting trial, should lose their right to vote?

Absolutely
Next feeble question ?

The only bubble around here is the one where you think that every criminal and every migrant/refugee is funded by democrats purely to gain votes... That is some serious stupid right there...

...not to believe
See , you left out a part and I had to fix it for you.
You must have been in a hurry.
Haste makes waste

Then he should be able to hold on to his gunz until after his trial.

See how that works.

The law cuts both ways. Bummer

Under Florida law, men and women being held in pre-trial detention and those serving time for misdemeanors have been allowed to vote.

Ok, so I have to ask,
What if you are falsely accused of a felony charge?

(not that this is the case here, but lets face it in todays society, the question isn't that much of a stretch.)

Please explain how Democrats have anything to do with this? As far as I can tell he is a registered Republican so he voted Republican. Not sure how that helps Democrats out in the least.

More ignorance spewed and another foot inserted into mouth. Here comes the mob to shout me down.

Apparently the Dems are "desperate" for Rep votes, according to example used in the OP.

As there is no law(I'm aware of) regarding a person awaiting trial being ineligible to vote..not sure the point here..other than more partisan sh#t slinging.

Personally, the shooter deserves nothing other than a last cigarette, but the law is the law.

The shooter has to be mentally ill, I'm not keen on killing the mentally ill, but the primal in me thinks why not put them(mass killers) to sleep.

He is a registered republican..what exactly does this have to do with democrats?

You really wrote that?

SMH ... I could explain why it matters regardless of what party he registered with, but somehow I doubt you'd get it.

You have no issue with the OP pinning this on Democrats? How is this the fault of Democrats? The kid shouldn't be allowed a vote and should instead have the firing squad put on him but blaming it on Democrats? That's the dumbest possible conclusion someone could come to after reading about this.

The Op is trying to make this about the dems wanting criminals to vote(for them, one would imagine), but bad example, as first, the guy used was a R voter, secondly he has not been convicted. Does awaiting trial make one ineligible?.
The OP might of been better served to make this thread about whether someone awaiting trial should be considered a felon and thus ineligible.

I have to agree with other posters; NC gets his vote because he has not yet been found guilty by trial. As distasteful as it may seem; in the big picture NC's vote and others in a similar situation do not even matter. We have to uphold our constitution even when we feel it is abhorrent to do so.

I doubt we'll see the OP in this thread again. He has probably tucked tail and ran away to bark up another tree not learning a single thing.

OP is not here to learn, he's here to stick it to the other side, he even admitted as much .
