Does this "continued vote counting" in some states reek of voter fraud or what?!

'LATE Voting'...an idea who's time has come.

Late voting or late counting?

You're being intentionally myopic...
ALL votes should be counted WITHIN the declared rules, time frame and established parameters of the law and constitution.

Broward and Palm Beach counties have already violated those laws.

NO.

All votes should be counted.

All counting of votes will cease when they finally "find" enough ballots that insure a democrat "win".

This is how things are done now.

People should just accept it and be quiet. If you complain too much, you won't be allowed to eat out or own a business any more.

Prove it.

The statistics over the years state voter fraud is minimal.

Are you okay with people counting all those votes and ignoring election laws about having observers or inspectors present?

Why would you willingly break the law (and a direct order from a judge) and refuse to let people behind your locked doors? They just like being guilty of crimes and contempt charges? OR committing those crimes and contempt charges are preferable to allowing people to see what else you're doing?

Either way, it'd be pretty outrageous...

And your post would be different if the GOP was being accused.

Yeah, it's hard to get evidence of voter fraud when the officials won't follow the law and give an accurate tally of total number of votes on hand, and lock themselves behind closed doors where they ignore the legal requirements for public access, whereupon others are forced to get a court order for them to both allow the access granted by the law for inspection and observation and the information they are withholding about the tallies, and the officials still refuse to allow them in. Oh, right, and all the new "found" votes have no chain of custody.

Noone should be okay with this. Not a single soul who dares to say they value "voting rights".

You don't think they should lock the doors where they count the vote? Just let anyone walk in? Let the protesters move indoors so nothing can be accomplished? Is that what you really think should happen?

Once again, we can blame this on the two-party system. Our political party-system is like taking sides when it comes to our favorite football team. Really when it comes right down to it, even our judicial system can't be impartial because a Judge's views are affiliated with their own political party! Sure they take an oath to be impartial with their decisions, but can anyone really believe that? They're only human and no matter what they say, political beliefs will always taint their decisions.

If the U.S. abolished the two party-system and let elected officials run for office with no political labels, Americans could be more objective and vote for the candidate based solely on their issue perspective. Representatives would no longer have to follow a "a political platform" and could cross-over on certain issues instead of following the party status quo. If this happened, more politicians would speak their minds instead of feeling black-balled by their own party. I think we got a feel of this outspokenness with some of the representatives who are planning to retire. They no-longer have to worry about towing the party line in order to get needed campaign donations.

Take the money out of politics too and we wouldn't have these voting fraud allegations and maybe for once our representatives would feel much more accountable to the people instead of corporate and special interest donors.

No.

Not like that would ever happen either. Democrats have a lock on this.

Enjoy it, you're "party" gets to create the votes, gets to count the votes, gets to name the "winner". It appeases the masses into giving them the illusion that they get to participate in the voting process.

Let's examine those laws.

Who exactly implemented those laws.

So tell me -- you agree the late postmarked military votes of 2000 should never have been counted.

I'm sorry, when you're done with the strawman can you actually address the reason/motive for breaking the law (and direct court order) by willfully refusing to allow observation and inspection afforded by those laws for the sake of elections integrity?

In Florida the deadline for receiving the overseas military vote was yesterday.
Now you guys are actually saying that some votes should just simply not be counted?
But only in liberal districts right?

I'm still waiting for you to tell me if you think the Broward Election Supervisor broke the law.
Go ahead and examine those laws if you need to....I'll wait.

Helpful Hint: A judge already ruled she has.
...and then that court order was violated by the election supervisor.
