Does this "continued vote counting" in some states reek of voter fraud or what?!

Losing Thirty five or more seats is what? A victory?

And gaining seats in the senate.

Yup a victory.

There was no proper chain of custody for votes. There were clear violations of procedure. There are now no guarantees. That's really the point.

They failed the country. By cheating or by failing to do their job competently.

It doesn't matter. We deserve better than this BS.

And you'd feel the same way if it was the GOP making mistakes?

I doubt it.

ALL votes need to be counted.

The shenanigans of vote suppression needs to end.

Remember when the overseas votes weren't counted in 2012?

Do you not want our troops to vote?

That's your big takeaway? LOL

That's your best attempt to brush away the crimes currently taking place?

I hope CTR gets a refund

You've completely brushed away the actual deadlines for ballots

What does a judge saying vote counters are breaking the law, ordering them to stop breaking it, and they still refuse have to do with ballot deadlines. Nothing. Are you a bot? Or is English not your first language? Both?

The judge is saying they are violating open records law.

Violating the records law by not sharing information on the vote tally and refusing to allow observors or external inspection. And they still are not. The deadline was 9 NOV 2018, 1900hrs EST. They are in contempt.

Likely so, but that's a different matter than committing electoral fraud.

You've provided no other remotely plausible scenario in which a person would willingly place themselves in contempt and in knowing violation of election laws regarding observers, inspection, and sharing of information used to prevent ballot-box stuffing.
No one can.
There isn't one.

You're trying to assign motive and plausibility to a crime that as of yet there is no allegation for.

No. The crime took place. I've posted the video twice. The laws were clearly broken. They are clearly in contempt. The judge ruled they were in violation. What's the alternative motive for placing themselves in contempt and in knowing violation of election laws regarding observers, inspection, and sharing of information used to prevent ballot-box stuffing?

Weird that the Florida Department of Law Enforcement says there isn't even an allegation of electoral fraud, then, huh?

I suppose they would say that, huh.

This is wrong and you know it.

Edit to add:
ALL votes? Even fraudulent ones?

Proof of fraudulent votes.

Wannabe conspiracy speculation.

Is voter fraud real or a myth? Here are the actual statistics.
The election is not rigged, no matter how many times Republican nominee Donald Trump says it is. While the candidate has prematurely blamed his possible loss on a number of factors — from the media to Hillary Clinton to election officials fixing the results — voter fraud is largely a myth. It almost never happens.

I remember 2000 when the Supreme Court voted to retroactively allow military votes that were not valid due to late or no post date.

Military votes tend to favor Republicans.

Then the Florida Supreme Court chose Bush rather then allowing a legitimate vote count.

BTW: I voted for Bush.

So you're saying all votes should be counted, including fraudulent votes?

And you keep saying you voted for Bush, like it matters or holds some relevance to your stance.

This may surprise you but, not all votes are counted in an election. When the math supports a winner. Then a winner is declared.

It's when the votes are close. Then all votes must be counted.

This is normal and a problem.

We are in the day and age when we do not need to be using paper ballots. There are these great things called websites or phone apps that can be used to let people vote. And you can vote from home. Imagine that. And we'd have instant numbers. No more waiting a week to tally all the ballots. If security is a concern. A old fashioned printout of your vote could be done to keep for your records. It can be done. Why aren't we doing it?

Then you have instances of people claiming the computer changed their vote one way or the other as they vote, and the potential for other issues and vulnerabilities with computers/apps.

I'm sure you're aware of the distinction of a court ruling to allow the votes to be counted under the law, and a group of officials who unilaterally decide to count any ballots they choose without any observers or external inspection while breaking the law and defying a court ordering them to stop.

Well,.no, actually, I'm not at all sure. But I still have hope you can recognize the difference.

It amazes me that you can claim voter fraud is largely a myth. Any vote cast by an illegal alien is voter fraud. Any deceased person registered to vote and casts an absentee ballot is voter fraud. Any time someone votes more than once its voter fraud. All three of these happen in every democrat district in Chicago. While in Austin with family I saw the famed taco trucks registering illegal aliens and showing them how to vote with a photocopy of a utility bill. Not a real utility bill, a photocopy of one.

Just that alone is enough reason to believe that voter fraud is real and far more pervasive than you would have us believe. And in nearly every case (I say nearly because I know an absolute will be challenged just for the hell of it) its democrats doing it, just as we are seeing now.

When is the last time you saw republicans do this in an election? Roll trucks up and block the doors of an office run by a woman already convicted of voter fraud...have republicans ever done anything like that?

What is happening right now is a slap in the face for democracy, a poke in the eye of the American people, and a kick to the groin of this country.
