Would I like my vote invalidated? No. That's why I want secure and competent handling of ballots. You know, such that the law is obeyed, observers and inspectors are present, there exists a chain of custody for ballots.... So that no votes are invalidated.

A judge has already ruled Snipes violated the Florida constitution and election laws.
She has also violated the Judge's order.

Illegality has already been established.

They fill in a new ballot when a ballot becomes damaged and won't go through the machine.They fill out a new ballot when the ballot is not marked properly but clearly shows the intent to vote for a candidate. All kosher under Florida rules.

Jurisdictional issues, probably.

They are in violation of court orders, but have broken no federal laws. Only state laws.

State cops are there, but they appear to be as dirty as the vote fakers.


Might as well accept the fact that this is the new normal.
