Democrats could make the biggest changes to gun legislation the United States has seen in 25 years when the new term begins January but Republicans are unlikely to make it easy for them.

McKinney and Barry Trower both admitted that they know how this mind control works and they admitted that the gang stalking is PsyOps. They both also admitted that the goal is often to make the mass shooter think that the victims are responsible for his pain and that they don't deserve to live. I mean I'd have to skim through the interviews but that's basically almost exactly what McKinney said and Trower said that he'd seen these directed energy/radio weapons used on US special forces troops to remove all their empathy so they'd kill anyone in their path. Then you've got an extremely well trained soldier, who not only has the best training, but now has no difficulty in killing anyone, even innocent people. Women, children, anyone.

The CIA started doing a lot of this because unlike their most secret clandestine services agents, known as Non Official Cover Operatives, or NOCs for short, these mind control agents have no traces back to the government. They cannot effectively be proven to have anything to do with the central intelligence agency, or any other agency involved in this stuff.

All the evidence & documentation is there for anyone to read, but the democrats like the rest of the globalists, know that they can still create mass shootings even with the strictest gun control measures, so they're only doing it so the people cannot fight back against the government. As a motive, have you considered generating fear for its own sake? They do this to keep the citizenry fearful, by whatever means necessary or convenient.

For example, a few weeks ago the citizenry was brought to a state of high anxiety because several thousand peasants were heading our way.

It's a very sad situation in this country today. In pursuit of some illusion of "security" we have happily surrendered our liberty.

Well, there's little doubt that the US is a fear based society. And there's a good reason for that.

The US has practically no control over who enters the country, where they go or how long they stay. Several studies have shown that highly diverse populations are low social trust/low social cohesion societies. If you travel much around the country, you can literally feel the aversion people display toward other people, particulary those who are quite obviously of a "different" cultural group. And to an extent the fear of the "other" is daily programmed into certain segments of the society. You see that reflected in news stories from around the country. And frankly, I think its getting far worse and its going, eventually, to start affecting the economy, if its not already.

I think I also mentioned the Directed Energy Weapons he talked about that were used to remove empathy in US Special Forces, so that they wouldn't mind killing innocent people. This one is a big part of the gang stalking aspect of mind control in order to create mass shootings. If they do it gradually, a lot of targets will be turned into full blown sociopaths. It's important to use it sometimes on the people doing the mass shootings, but also on some of the people who may potentially be harassing them or bullying them, if that's the case. Another thing that confuses people which is pretty simple, is voice duplication with V2K. A lot of people who are "gang stalked" as a form of mind control report that there's no V2K or electronic harassment, but more than likely there is, they just don't notice it. If they use V2K in a covert manner, that is, they don't want you to know they're doing it, you probably won't. If you're around people, even people you know, they can easily use it to duplicate someone's voice that is near by you, to make you think they're saying negative things about you. Pretty simple. When people mumble or say things under their breath, it's harder to tell who said it, and it's also harder to tell exactly what was said, keeping the target wondering and paranoid.

Maybe the guy was crazy, but what I know about modern military psyops, is they often operate in teams of three. Often one is female while the other two are male. The "active worrier" part is strikingly similar to modern methods of psychological operations in relation to use of V2K and other electronic mind control/synthetic telepathy devices, where one member of the team, usually the woman, acts as the "active worrier", seemingly more concerned about the target than her male counterparts. I know too much about this, having dealt with people directly, in person, with the highest level of security clearance, in both US Army PsyOps and 3 letter agencies. I didn't realize it went back this far. But that's just my opinion. Not all inherently bad people, but it's as if their souls have been removed or at least corrupted.

According to Andrea, psychological operations goes back hundreds of years. Animal magnetism, as I've posted before, was one of the things that the CIA learned from Nazi scientists during Operation Paperclip. It helped them develop their mind control & psychological operations techniques.
