I wouldn't mind Lindsey Graham. He's been on fire as of late. Oh, and guess what. Nikki Haley is available to take his spot

Funny how it's so easy for rhinos to be forgiven so long as they kiss Trump's boots.

Almost like how Trump is a revered christian. That one will never stop me from waking up randomly and giggling.

Eh. People can change. Maybe Graham has been holding back. Politics have changed a lot since 2008.

I agree with you mostly.

People certainly change, like Trump supporters rallying around an outsider and draining the swamp and slowly getting duped into embracing establishment republicans.

This is wonderful news.

I bet he's ready to replace him with someone a little more...intelligent...and possibly a bit more moderate. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't start stacking his administration with less-right leaning folks and more who are trending toward the middle, at least where it matters.

Some are thinking that it's to replace him with a "loyalist" to him--I think that it's in preparation to appear more willing to work with Democrats.

You think too highly of Trump, he has already replaced him with loyalist Whitaker who wrote an op-ed in 2017 condemning the Mueller probe.

If Whitaker has written an op ed saying mueller should go after trumps finances, would he still have to recuse himself?

What thebkeft is really trying to say is we demand only anti trump people like Rosenstein be in charge of the investigation

And btw, I assume you have a problem with all of muellers people that supporters or worked for Hillary not recusing themseves

Oh that’s right, the only standard for recusal is anyone who isn’t a rabid trumo hater

The only thing this shows is Trumps desperation. A day after the Democrats take the House he gets rid of Sessions. Guess things didn’t go how he wanted. Lol.

Even if Trump goes full on President-is-above-the-law dictator and fires Mueller, it doesn’t matter. Because the house can rehire Mueller in January. This will only make Trump look bad in the long term and throw another log on the obstruction fire.

This is Trump being scared and feeling backed into a corner. His own sons pending indictment can’t help, and with the tangled web of his own finances who knows what Mueller has on him. Whatever it is, it’s enough for Trump to want to end the investigation into himself.

The real question is how many of you so-called patriots will support a president putting himself above the rule of law?

Seriously do you believe if Mueller really has something on Trump this changes anything?

Do you really think he would not share what he found with a salivating press?

Mueller has NOTHING. The fact you don't see that shows how incredibly biased you are. Logic makes it painfully obvious if he had ANYTHING it would have been leaked to the press before the midterms.

Nobody is going to support Trump putting himself above the rule of law.

He has done nothing illegal. He can fire any cabinet member whenever he wants.

Really what the hell is wrong with you people? I really don't understand how you can hate someone so much for nothing other than having a personality you dislike.

Called it. Expect a Trump loyalist to be given the position. Now we'll have to wait and see what happens with Rosenstein.

Rosenstein is on the way to the WH now.

This looks like a bloody Wednesday as Trump scrambles to head off Special Counsel resuming now the Mid-Terms are done.

He will either look to shut it down outright or get people in place to gut it and make sure any final report doesn't go public.

What are you talking about? Dont you realize if Trump was in any real trouble that it would have been out there already. You cant legally just hide that, even the President doesnt have that kind of power. Doing illegal activities cant just be hidden and pushed back by political theater. Whatever they found aint #.

How do you know what’s been found and what hasn’t?

Serious question.

I think Rosenstein is safe, for now. I think in this meeting Trump could ask him to put up or shutup. There is NO way Trump wants to deal with this investigation for the next two years.

Un-Redactions Incoming. Probably an indictment or two so the deep state lackeys in senate and house get the message. Then maybe we can work on infrastructure without this b.s. witch hunt stuff. Saa-weet.

Rosenstein can't be fired until Muller's report to outline the obstruction/impeachment is delivered. That said, Rosenstein is on borrowed time.... as both he an Mueller coordinate the publication during the lame-duck congress. Also, IG Horowitz now has a timeline goal, mid-Jan

Trump is firing everyone he can before Democrats take power in January. Reports of Muleller plans to indict Don Jr. this morning, Rep. Schiff indictment powers next year.

Either Sessions was fired or he's a rat jumping the ship before it sinks next year.

Because the house can rehire Mueller in January.

As Nancy Pelosi said to at least one Congressman
"Who are you? Your nobody".

I think many people will remember all of the subpoena's that
were ignored by Fusion GPS, and other cohorts in the
Spygate scandal.

A Subpoena? Who cares?

Also, Mueller has plenty of his own dirt that has come to light during the investigations (ie, his role in Uranium 1). It would behoove him to quietly fade into the night after the current probe wraps up.

If Trump colluded with russia or anything highly illegal, they would have had to move the process forward already very aggressively. It would be obstruction at the highest level to not move the charges against Trump already.

Are we back to Russia?

What happened to Saudi-arabia?

Or china?

Maan im getting confused. The mueller investigation leaked like an explosive cascet.

You really think they uncovered something meaningfull and wouldnt have leaked it if they did? lol ..

There was even a 'leaked' military document showing how the caravan wasnt the danger Trump said it was.

Everything he does is being used against him FFS! he #ed a pornstar 10 years ago.
Impeach, Impeach!

If they really, really have something, it would have leaked as soon as it was found.

I know this is a conspiracy site but expecting the govt to hold back charges on Trump for even a second if they found something is not even worth the critical conspiracy thinking.
