You call Kavanaugh kissing Trump's boots?

No, sir! That was defending the rule of law and the principle of innocent until proven guilty. It had eff all to do with Trump only inasmuch as Trump appointed Kavanaugh.

Graham was right to be deeply offended by that as were a good portion of the American people.

Who confirms the new AG?

The Senate...right?

Or was that rhetorical and posted to acknowledge that R's still hold the Senate???

This feels like the next move of a chess match, doesn't it?

Who confirms the new AG?

Why I am pretty sure it is the senate.
The same body candidates trump crossed the nation campaigning for.
Almost like he planned this....

I wouldn't mind Lindsey Graham. He's been on fire as of late. Oh, and guess what. Nikki Haley is available to take his spot

Funny how it's so easy for rhinos to be forgiven so long as they kiss Trump's boots.

Almost like how Trump is a revered christian. That one will never stop me from waking up randomly and giggling.
Compromises 😌

Oh yeah?

Compromise Hilldog into the roll, she used to be a lawyer.

I would piss myself laughing.

Awesome news! So who are we hoping he replaces him with?

I'm hoping for Trey Gowdy.
Dems would be lining up to flee the country .

Me too. It was a bad decision on Trump’s part backing Sessions in the first place. One of Trump’s many bad decisions that have to be corrected.

Whitaker is a former U.S. district attorney in Des Moines and was the starting tight end for the Iowa Hawkeyes in the 1991 Rose Bowl.

Wasn't IG Huber a former U.S. district attorney as well?

To be honest, I have no clue.

I'll have to do a little reading on that.

This is probably leading up to the moment where either the rule of American law prevails, or you tumble into a dictatorship...

Called it. Expect a Trump loyalist to be given the position. Now we'll have to wait and see what happens with Rosenstein.

Rosenstein's resignation is not far behind.

It's in the stars!!!

Schumer has already made a public statement about how this would reflect on the Mueller investigation.

This is really going to blow up and very quickly.

I feel it was all planned and Sessions had already submitted the letter prior to midterms because there is no date on it.

10-D chess y'all!

He was.
As was IG Horowitz with whom Huber is supposed to be working with.
Former U.S. district attorneys are popping up everywhere.

Reports are saying Rosenstein is now no longer in charge of the Mueller investigation. Acting AG Whitaker is in charge.

Specifically how will that happen?
Does sessions resignation somehow supersede congresses check of impeachment?

Trump couldn't care less about the Mueller stuff. Rosenstein is all optics.

If there was anything on Trump, it would have come out long ago in order to get him out of office and not have any influence on government. They would have done it prior to his appointing another SC justice.

This is about something else.

Well Sessions submitted a resignation letter to Trump back in May2017. Trump rejected it at the time.

These moves are definitely planned well in advance.
