No.
I'm sure it was a funny moment but No the screenshot image posted by Q was definitely intentional. The Global Consciousness project has been around for ~20 years and is very real. Hundreds of $millions have poured into the research of it especially the last several years given computers have much more horsepower, storage, and memory; algo's are far more complex. So, you're right the Q post concerning the bookmark is no mystery but why it's there is the mystery. This wasn't a mistake or a sloppy screenshot cut.

Now on the extremely rare chance it was a mistake then after over 2500 posts this would be the first. I just checked through /QResearch/ board and its now being taken alot more seriously.

I haven't been over there today, is the anon who posted it chiming in too, was he researching that site? So maybe Q picked that particular posting of the article out of the many that were in that bread because of what you're talking about. I dunno, I just know it was funny as hell

Don't know. I just did cursory search of the whole site and browsed over latest chatter on it. I did notice the topic was being discussed long before (back in Oct) Q posted the screenshot. Not a big deal.
That is one of Q's tricks of hiding info/clues in plain sight mixed with misinfo/misdirection; actually happens often AND with many rabbit holes to explore depending on one's mindset.

The implication is that 5 are getting death sentences for directing ISIS to kill American citizens?

This metaphor of dogs would thus also make sense as it is an arab slur on them?

Have you checked out Q #2518? Aside from the strange image that embedded post image is actually #2351 and not #2350 but the 346 on /patriotsfight/ is correct.
Text is same but the date/timestamp differs.
Image filename is suspicious.

Anyways, I'm speculating that post image superimposed on top is signifying through this imagery regarding what Pence mentioned in the YT vid on “The Orwellian Great Firewall” on the cyber surveillance China has in place, and that new project from Google to employ censorship.

I would listen to Nuns taking phone calls from people who wanted to take children out for the weekend.

The people I went with every weekend were wonderful, warm and caring.

But the number of phone calls where hair color and other attributes were discussed confused me as a child. What difference would it make.

Take away children was very real and devastating to so many little ones.

Nor could a child tell what happened, children were beaten by The Brides of Christ for trying to protect themselves.

Shocking history for many. I am happy reading that so many are being saved.

And this might point to a very different theory. There is a possibility that Zuma is actually working properly, but is otherwise masked from observers on the ground and their commercially available tracking capabilities.

That’s right, it's possible that Zuma’s launch went exactly as planned, and that a new form of largely untrackable spacecraft has been put into orbit. This may sound far-fetched but it is anything but, especially when you take into account historical precedent.
