I have been on this fruit freak-out binge for a few days.
Pineapple, mango, kiwi, watermelon, canteloupe, oranges, apples, all manner of berries.
Now my lips are peeling and my tongue and mouth are raw from the acidity.
I think I may have a problem.
All kidding aside, your body is pretty good at knowing what it needs. I've been on a yoghurt/cheese kick of late. Like I am bulking up for winter or
something. Your body felt it needed vitamin C. Better listen! Try drinking you vitamins. There are several, although bit expensive, "smoothies" out
there. Might cut down on the binging. Stay away from the rum!
