I am going to say no at that one

I am familiar with this, there is one small point that is never mentioned, and that is one of the terms that was in the Treaty and that is the money paid. The US won the war, and yet paid some 15 million dollars to the government of Mexico, for the territory that would become the United States of America. If the people were serious about reclaiming it, perhaps they should consider gathering up the money to return to the USA, for such.
