Yeah, the racism is really showing in this place right now. If it were a small group of white dudes, there wouldn't be a thread. If it were quite a few white dudes, with their sister-wives, occupying federal property and firing on law enforcement, they'd be heroes.

David Hogg tied ..... 😆

Laura Loomer found David Hogg and confronted him in Georgia

It seems he is campaigning for Stacey Abrams. He denies it, and claims it's a "get out the vote" Does Hogg know that armed Black Panthers are also working for Stacey?

Ill read the whole thread later, got a baby to get back to.

So if this is ok now, does that make it ok when White rednecks do it?

Personally as long as they dont try to directly intimidate someone I dont care that they are doing it.

but I hope to see leftists extolling the virtues of all people that exercise their rights in this way... or at least condem this action as an attempt at voter intimidation.

Either way be consistent.

The Black Panthers are a self-described Revolutionary Socialist organization. In practice, they are little more than glorified domestic terrorists.

Their stated intentions positions them as an enemy of the state and people. They have carried out numerous bombings, and acts of violence over the years including violence and violent rhetoric against law enforcement

What is it with people these days? Does it really take an act of God to renounce violent acts entirely?

Separate from my personal opinion on the Black Panthers, these specific individuals do not appear to be doing anything other than exercising 1st and 2nd amendment rights and can't be held accountable for a textual overlay threatening message that anyone could have added. Their organization is reprehensible but then again it is always easier to stand up for your own rights and the rights of people or causes you like.

In this specific case, I think it is being overblown because there is no way to positively attribute the threatening message to the individuals in that photo

Yes, it is. We agree on this apparently.

I haven't really taken much of a position on the big guys with guns, only pointed out the hypocrisy that they are campaigning for the woman who has previously tried to pass legislation to confiscate guns. I wanted to think things over first. But I can't be hypocritical; if I want the right to keep and bear arms, others must have the right to keep and bear arms. That includes the Black Panthers. As long as they are obeying the law and not using their artillery to harass or intimidate anyone, they're well within their second amendment rights.

I will admit the sight of a bunch of hulked up black guys in something that looks like a mercenary uniform holding rifles can itself be intimidating to some, but I don't look at it that way. I look at it as I have a right to carry as well, and bullets don't typically give a darn how big or bad the target looks. So it's all good.

Now, whether or not the reputation of the Black Panthers as a para-military hate group being both armed and holding up signs for Adams makes a difference to voters... that's another story. I personally think this will hurt her chances, especially if people see the hypocrisy on display. But hey, they still have their right to do it, even if it might not bring forth the desired result.

Nice to agree with you for a change.

You know. Maybe not a ban.

Maybe we change the ratings of some films. Excessive violence should get a tougher rating.

Who runs the DNC? Sure as hell isn't her.

Don’t know what the DNC has to do with the Black Panthers marching around for Stacy Abrams but ok... sure... she doesn’t run the DNC... the DNC is run by a Dominican with a domestic abuseing Muslim as its second in charge... so yeah... “white guys”...

My thoughts exactly

Their radical views are a protected 1st amendment activity
Their paramilitary training is a protected 2nd amendment activity

The scary part is that so many on the left are chomping at the bit for us to attack these guys for exercising their rights.

EDIT: I do however find their choice of Abrahms also confusing. I read her extreme views on gun control, and it stands to reason that any such measures would first target the exact weapons they had in that photo. The guy in front almost looks like he's holding a HI-Point carbine, great gun if you can get the magazine broke in

Ok... Bill was our “first black president” and Hillary carries hot sauce in her purse and is allowed to say “they all look alike”... checkmate... 😜👍

That's not what she said in the video.

In the interview, she waffled and deliberately didn't answer whether or not she intended to ban/confiscate semi-auto firearms or so-called "assault rifles", because she (and every other anti-freedom gun-grabber) knows that she can't just come out and admit to their end goals. It would sink any chance of election and give the other side copious ammunition.

The bill that she admits supporting (Georgia HB 731), contains language that would prohibit ownership and require seizure of any semi-automatic rifle that accepts a detachable magazine and has "scary features" or any semi-automatic pistol magazine with a capacity of more than 10 rounds if it were passed. This would effectively make felons overnight of a majority of GA gun owners. Oh, and they can graciously turn their formerly legal possessions over to the State of Georgia for destruction without compensation.

Do you think that Abrams, who admits to enjoying shooting, will turn in her firearms which meet that description? Do you think that she will make her security detail abide by the same law that the "little people" have to? Her main benefactor in the fight against the right to lawful self-defense, Michael Bloomberg, sure hasn't. Until these so-called "leaders" subject themselves to the same rules which they impose on others, they are, and will continue to be big fat hypocrites. So I say again... "Rights for me, but not for thee..."

Use deductive reasoning and examine not just what people say but their actions.

Deny Ignorance

Hate groups such as this should be shut down and labeled terrorist organizations no matter if they are white or black. There's plenty of evidence this group has threatened violence to others because of the color of their skin as well as other ethnicities. Look for these thugs blocking voter polls again this year trying to suppress the peoples right to vote.

That's why I chose this particular time to reply and that particular member to reply to. I know he was just waiting for a chance to point out our hypocrisy when we decried the Black Panthers holding those scary guns... but I'm not going to. Now, if they start pointing them at people, or using them as props to demand people do something or act a certain way, that is criminal... and I would call it out regardless of who is doing it.

You'll notice that particular poster seems to have left the thread.
